I first went to Monica last year (recommendation from several friends!) and I'd never had my hair coloured before so was quite nervous! She listened to me, made subtle changes and since then she's helped me to go blonder without any brassiness! I trust her 1000% with my hair - every time she asks me what I want I ask what she thinks and we go from there - she is so knowledgable. It always looks so natural and I come away absolutely in love with it.
