Once again it was brilliant. My colour was carefully selected and extra time was taken to ensure that it was finished as expected. Saks kings hill (really forget name the lady look after my hair ) so attentive and takes great care with her styling. Long time client at this point. Anna has been absolutely amazing all the way through. I can’t believe how much she remembers from each visit and if you replicate that across all her clients nothing short of A* service. I always leave feeling great and I am so pleased to hear she has been promoted recently. Look forward to our next cut.
