Had the most amazing facial by Sam for my birthday. Skin felt so healthy and refreshed, and I left feeling completely relaxed. Sam is very friendly and professional, and makes you feel completely at ease - I would highly recommend.

Sam is absolutely fantastic, there is no one else I would trust now with looking after my skin. I tried several facials over the last few years since I started going to Sam, and the experience has always been amazing. I can see the results straightaway, my skin feels so healthy and refreshed. I would highly recommend Sam, not only for the facials range, but in general for all of her services which are of high quality.

What a way to treat myself to start the new year! On top of my usual waxing that Sam handles super professionally! I treated myself to a luxury facial and a full body massage! These were the best 2 hours and so so so relaxing! Sam is amazing and takes such good care of her clients!

I recommend that people should pop in and try it I been going to glowgetters for a very long time I wouldn't go anywhere else the ladies there Erin and Morgan are lovely the shop is always clean they make u feel comfortable and are always on hand if u need to no something ur not sure of they will help I do the sunbeds I have my eyes done and nails done all under one roof try the shop u won't go anywhere else

This Salon is honestly the best! The beauty treatments are so good, and the hot sunbeds give you that perfect tan. The staff is super chill and so friendly, it makes the whole experience even better. Deffo my go to salon. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Lauren’s for a few years and she is one of the nicest and professional people. She will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and happy while she works her magic! I was the next client after the 1 star review lady and I have to say this is completely unfounded. That lady was extremely rude and arrogant to Lauren who remained professional and took extra time to make sure this person was happy. This is the best salon around and I would never dream of going anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful, would not trust my nails with any other salon. They are so professional, helpful, friendly and talented. I always get lots of compliments on my nails and they keep checking every step of the way to make sure I’m happy. It’s always such a great experience going to The Salon. I had an awful balayage at a different hairdressers in Letchworth, and the wonderful Jade at The Salon worked a miracle and fixed it. I’ve been going to her ever since and would recommend her to anyone wanting a natural looking balayage. The first photo is my hair now, and the second is what it was like before Jade fixed it. She’s friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Decided I finally wanted my hair dyed professionally and had the most amazing job done by Mia here at the Salon. She was so friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until when I left. Mia is an absolute star! As someone who had no idea what I was doing she really made me feel comfortable by going through every option with me and helping me choose what would be my best route. Jodie Barlow...what an amazing talent! Not only did she work wonders with the balayage she did on my hair, she has also improved my self confidence. From the minute you walk in the door Jodie makes you feel so welcome and you know you're in safe hands. I can't really sing her praises enough. I think the photos speak for themselves in terms of her talent as a hairdresser. She is not only very skilled, she is also just the loveliest person and someone I am now lucky enough to call a friend.

Nat is simply fabulous! I have the most awkward head of hair, but Nat always manages to make it look wonderful. I recently visited her salon as I fancied a change of hairstyle. I asked for some advice and she was able to recommend a style based on my face shape. The cut is fab and I’ve received so many compliments and as always the colour was on point! The salon is beautifully decorated and is warm and inviting. Nat is always so friendly and always great to chat with. Great coffee too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😃

Lovely salon, comfortable and welcoming with great service. Natalie is very skilled and talented and I was really happy with how knowledgeable she is. My hair was badly damaged so I had a cut, tint and a treatment and my hair is so much easier to manage and style. Would 100% recommend and booked again for my next trim!

Natalie is very knowledgable and really cares about the outcome of your hair - and gives it to you straight if she thinks what you want won’t work. She’s great with midlife hair, especially for grey blending and colour correction. She knows a lot about peri/post menopause hair loss too so there’s always lots of good chat in the salon!

Natalie helped me love my hair again and I can't wait to go back. She really listened to what I wanted and made some brilliant suggestions for me. The colour is beautiful and the cut compliments my face so well. Her salon was very relaxed, welcoming and had a friendly atmosphere. The products that Natalie recommended actually work for my hair instead of making it more greasy, unlike previous recommendations. My hair removal session was so pleasant that I didn't feel any pain. Amela is so sweet and kind. The atmosphere is a thousand times better than in a classic beauty salon! She pays attention to every detail and she is very precise in what she does. I loved it and I recommend it 100%!

I got my lashes lifted and tinted and they came out so nice, lasted about 6 weeks and I will definitely go back. The lady was so lovely and kind aswell

Amazing service, I come here to get my eyelashes done, and never felt feeling disappointed. High quality products are used as they last longer and don’t irritate my eyelids. Environment is always clean and welcoming can’t recommend enough 🙂
