I had a fantastic experience with Natalie! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable and heard throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, explain her approach step by step, and made sure I was happy before moving forward with anything. It’s rare to find someone who truly knows how to cut curly hair short without leaving you looking like a fluffy sheep – but Natalie absolutely nailed it! I’m so happy with the result that I now fully trust her to take on my next big change: colouring. The salon space itself was lovely – welcoming, calming, and thoughtfully designed. A special shoutout to the washing chair where you can stretch out your legs instead of having them dangle awkwardly. Such a small detail, but it made a big difference to the overall experience. Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back!

Natalie is very knowledgable and really cares about the outcome of your hair - and gives it to you straight if she thinks what you want won’t work. She’s great with midlife hair, especially for grey blending and colour correction. She knows a lot about peri/post menopause hair loss too so there’s always lots of good chat in the salon!

Natalie helped me love my hair again and I can't wait to go back. She really listened to what I wanted and made some brilliant suggestions for me. The colour is beautiful and the cut compliments my face so well. Her salon was very relaxed, welcoming and had a friendly atmosphere. The products that Natalie recommended actually work for my hair instead of making it more greasy, unlike previous recommendations. Nat is simply fabulous! I have the most awkward head of hair, but Nat always manages to make it look wonderful. I recently visited her salon as I fancied a change of hairstyle. I asked for some advice and she was able to recommend a style based on my face shape. The cut is fab and I’ve received so many compliments and as always the colour was on point! The salon is beautifully decorated and is warm and inviting. Nat is always so friendly and always great to chat with. Great coffee too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😃

Lovely salon, comfortable and welcoming with great service. Natalie is very skilled and talented and I was really happy with how knowledgeable she is. My hair was badly damaged so I had a cut, tint and a treatment and my hair is so much easier to manage and style. Would 100% recommend and booked again for my next trim!
