Victoria does a fantastic job at colouring my hair. She always listens to what I want but will offer her professional suggestions as well. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and there's a great atmosphere.

Vanessa was fantastic. I mean her experience speaks for itself but she was brilliant at listening to what I wanted, making suggestions based on what would suit me etc. The scalp massage during the hair washing part of the experience was incredible! I typically have a really hard time trying a new hairdresser because I get so worried about the result but I am beyond happy with how my hair has turned out. It looks amazing!!

This was my first time visiting and Liv was my stylist, she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted and my worries as I'm anxious getting my hair cut. She gave me great tips to maintain my hair that works for me as a lazy hair person. 100% would recommended, from the moment I walked into enquire and Rich made me feel comfortable and welcome to my actual appointment. I have no complaints and cannot wait to rebook

I am very happy about my first experience at the Hemel Hempstead salon because I had a very good level of service from Richard and his team including Molly and Abi as they were very friendly!

Start to finish everything was amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I was given a gown and offered a drink. Liv came over and gave me a consult and then offered to take my baby whilst I had my hair washed by Jess. Sam, Katie and Jess then amused my baby between them whilst Liv gave me an amazing cut as always which was such a special touch, I was fully expecting and would of happily had my little one on my nap but it was such a treat not having him either. My cut and finish by Liv was incredible. I’d give the whole experience 6 stars if I could.
