Been to a few different hairdressers in Hemel and never been truly happy until I found Rachel's. Now I won't ever go anywhere else. The staff are so lovely and talented and I always come out with a smile and feeling fabulous. They've now got a customer for life

I booked in for Rachel to correct a bad haircut I'd had elsewhere. I was dubious and didn't think much could be done, but I was wrong. She worked miracles. I've had sooo many compliments on the new haircut. Even my regular colour tech was super impressed with the cut. I'm so grateful to Rachel and will definitely be back.

It was the 1st time I went to rachels salon yesterday, and all I can say is absolutely Fantastic. I treated my neice to a treatment plus a cut, from start to finish the service was amazing. Every single member of staff were friendly, smiling and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Rachel is honestly a miracle worker! I went in with really damaged hair and in need of some serious colour correction, Rachel could not have been nicer about it, never made to feel bad for any previous hair mistakes and she did absolutely everything to help me. She takes real care an attention to look at the health of your hair as well and offers great advice. Shes managed to turn the worst my hair has looked into the absolute best and I could not be happier- thank you so much!

Fabulous hairdressers. Staff are really friendly, helpful and full of good advice. I have visited a few times now to get my haircut and get my roots done after always using a box dye previously, I wasn't made to feel bad and 100% recommended this salon.
