Went in to get my hair fixed from a previous bad cut. Madison made me feel so at ease and confident that she would do a good job. Ensured to check in at multiple points to make sure I was happy with how it was going. She did an amazing job on my hair - I love it! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I had a wonderful experience at Harringtons, Sophia was very welcoming, I had a lovely massage chair and Sophia gave an excellent cut and styled my hair. She listened to my requirements and even helped me with an issue I had on my phone! Then I was offered a free anti friz treatment and a return style within 3 weeks.

A wonderful haircut and I love my colour!! Heather is a great hairdresser and I can always be relaxed in her company, have confidence that she will make my hair cut really nice and the colour subtle. Thank you so much Heather!

Look no further Lee is just wonderful, he takes time to listen to you very caring person, but most of all he is a master at colour. I just love how he does my hair. Ben is brilliant, he always gets the hairstyle I ask for exactly right and gives great advice and tips on what will work best for your hair. He's super accommodating and creates a really nice, relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend Ben and UrbanGreen!

I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. An amazing first experience at this salon today ! After having had many bad experiences with previous salons who mistreated my hair and didn’t listen to what I wanted, I was anxious about finding a new salon. However, I didn’t need to worry as everyone listened to what I wanted and treated my hair wonderfully! The salon experience was amazing from start to finish - amazing friendly and professional stylist's. I loved the part where my hair was washed, calm lightening and massage chairs - very therapeutic ! Probably a little bit more than I usually pay but worth every penny to have this level of treatment and reassurance. I really trust you to look after my hair going forward. Couldn’t be happier with my hair! Jade listened to exactly what I wanted with the cut and colour. After having a full head of highlights, my hair still feels in lovely condition. The rest of the team were super attentive in seeing if I wanted another coffee or drink.

I have been having my hair cut at Toni and Guy Winchester for over 20 years, the past 17 years with Mark. The whole experience is second to none, lovely salon, lovely staff, good coffee and an amazing hair cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else. There's a stylist for anyone's needs !

My first appointment after lock down and, as usual, great service, lovely staff and excellent colour and cut. They have worked very hard to put all safety measures in place.

Anne and Paul helped by Emma and Liam run a lovely business. I never really know what I want when I go in. 5 to 10 minutes of discussing the things that are wrong or what I'm not happy with. An idea forms in their mind of what the end result needs. They start with a lovely hair wash and then the cut. The end result is always fabulous. I always go back.

Individual clients needs taken into account has meant that I have continued to attend Frances Anne for over 30 years.

Having moved to Winchester a year ago i really needed to find a local hairdresser. Having returned from a sunny beach holiday with hair bleached by the sun i booked an appointment with Zoe. Well what a transformation. I was overwhelmed and teary when Zoe had finished it was stunning. I cannot praise her enough i am so overjoyed and feel like me again!
