I have been a regular customer at this Fair Oak branch & my hair is styled by Debbie; the most warm ,professional & very capable young lady you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble & my hair is expertly styled to my exact specifications. I honestly cannot recommend Hair & Beauty enough & especially the always- cheerful & lovely Debbie. 5 stars all round .

Michelle is brilliant with laser hair removal. Lovely experience at the salon. Michelle instantly makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone wanting laser hair removal. My teenage daughter is so happy with the results!

What a gem of a place! I have tried many hair and beauty places in my time but this knocks the others out of the park! I love the atmosphere and also that when I ask what they think wanting their opinion and advice they freely give it rather than that …”well it up to you what do you think”…as if I knew I would not be asking! Shauna has been great with me as during Covid I lost a lot of hair and so nervous but she made me feel relaxed and “safe” understanding how much every strand of hair meant to me. All the staff there seem friendly and watching their end results of their clients I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been coming to Michelle and her team for years! I love how warm and welcoming everyone is and wouldn't go anywhere else my my laser treatments. The staff are friendly and professional, the treatments are fab too. Highly Recommend. I love that there is a large choice of treatment and specialist treatments.

Another great appointment at Maxwell's with Debbie - who was lovely - friendly and very very good. She took plenty of time with me to help me work out what I wanted and patiently explained the different options! I felt she understood what I was aiming for and I was really pleased with the results!
