Had an amazing Indian Head massage with Jessica yesterday. She was professional and welcoming, she explained what would happen, checked that I was comfortable, even down to the room temperature. The massage and hair treatment were very relaxing, followed by a lovely wash and blow dry! I would thoroughly recommend it. Been going to the salon for many many years and always welcomed like a friend, all the girls are amazing, but today an extra special thank you to Jessica, yesterday was just what I needed!

Today I had my first haircut with Kelly, I have short, thick, straight hair. Kelly listened and explained everything she was doing step by step. As a result I am very pleased with my new haircut and will be going back! The salon has a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I came out feeling relaxed and more confident than I have felt in years Lovely cup of tea too!

After 8yrs away from a salon, Hair Addiction made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Kelly listened to what I said, helped me when I wasn't sure, and genuinely took the time to understand my desired final look. Thank you so much!! I am in love x

Tbh I don’t have my hair cut here , but I do come for a blow dry , a relaxed welcoming atmosphere, I always seem to have the same stylist even though I’m not a regular (I’m ashamed that I don’t k ow her name 😞) She is so lovely and always remembers how I have my tea and how I like my blow dry , very professional and great attention to detail I feel comfortable enough to have a little blow dry nap Thankyou xx

Absolutely amazing as always. Katie did my hair and it looks exactly like the photo I showed her. She always talks me through what's going to happen, and provides professional opinions. Im always made to feel welcome in Upstairs Downstairs ☺️
