This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

I absolutely love the staff at Richmond House Beauty. They are all so wonderful and talented. I had my second manicure and gel nails today and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend Richmond House. The salon and all facilities and tools are immaculate. The staff always extremely well presented with big smiles and lovely conversation. I love my visits here and hope to try the new salon in Stockbridge. Well done team your all amazing. 🤩

Very friendly. But also respected when I wanted quiet and to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Very good at giving advice on colours. Kept checking in to ensure she wasn't being too rough and if the water was warm enough. Would recommend. Thanks for a very relaxing experience.

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I had a french manicure with Sophie who is lovely. She is knowledgeable, precise and takes great care to check you're happy with the outcome. So pleased with my Mani and can't wait for the next visit!

So happy with my BIAB/Gel Removal and Apply. Maisie is lovely and has done an excellent job. Love the colour.
