Danni is a pure genius! She is the reason that I'm able to function through regular massages. I would be lost without her in-depth anatomy knowledge and her ability to work out the actual problem area.

Such a pleasant experience albeit not the most pleasant treatment! Beth is so kind and understanding and does such a thorough job on the old hairs. I always feel very comfortable and confident.

Massage and facial were perfect. My only complaint is the blanket wasn’t big enough to cover my feet as well as up to my shoulders - a bigger blanket would have felt more relaxing. However - everything else was spot on and I’ll definitely be back x

Great service, Keeley is a new member of staff in training and did a great pedicure. Very friendly and the staff in general are brilliant. I've not been able to visit since Feb and it was like no time had passed. Quality people and highly recommend their services. You're doing great ladies, keep it up!

First time having my nails and hair done here on a Groupon deal and so pleased I did, I felt welcomed and relaxed from start to finish. Becca done my fingernails and toenails which I love. Beth done my hair and really listened to what I wanted and cut my hair the best it's ever been cut. I will definitely be back and can't recommend enough. Just had my first visit to Salon One and it was very relaxing, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Gabby removed my acrylic overlays and painted my nails with builder gel and polish and I love the result. I will be back! Thanks ladies for an enjoyable afternoon. 5 * all round.

I’ve been a customer of Charlies and Polished Perfection for 5 years now and I LOVE visiting for all my beauty treatments. You will not find a more welcoming salon in Hampshire as every single one of the girls are so lovely and chatty - you’ll always feel welcome and at home here. Charlie always does the most incredible job at my builder gel nails, they last so long, always stay in amazing condition and always look amazing!! I recently got married and Charlie did my wedding nails and toes and they looked stunning!! Perfectly matched my wedding vibe and were such high quality. Loren does my brows and recently we changed my treatment to brow lamination which i love! It’s made them so full, keeps the shape for longer and looked amazing on my wedding day!

If I could live in this salon, I would! I have been going to Charlie for my nails and Beth for my hair for years, but combining them both in one place is amazing! I’ve also seen Roxy for a lash lift and my eyebrows. The girls are SO lovely - the salon has such a welcoming, friendly, bubbly vibe and it’s truly a pleasure to spend time there. WOW, WOW, WOW!! Beauty by Lauren-Ann is now one of my favourite places to go. Everything about my experiences there as been amazing. I started by going and getting my nails done and was extremely nervous on my first visit. However the girls were all welcoming and extremely friendly, making me feel at ease instantly. I now go every fortnight for nails, lashes and brows and leave extremely happy every time. The salon is absolutely beautiful and all the girls are terrific at what they do. It is the perfect place to go and take some you time and just treat yourself If you are looking for that home for home experience with people that are just genuinely lovely then Beauty by Lauren-Ann is the place to go, I can't recommend them enough.

Love this place, wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. The ladies are excellent, very friendly and always ready to help. I haven't used any of their other services as yet but there's a lot on offer and I've never heard any complaints.

Recently did a Brow Lamination course earlier this month. Jo was fab, really patient and I loved the fact I had 3 live models to really get some proper experience on. While being tutored throughout. Really great value for money too, especially important when you’re looking to do several courses. Thanks again!

I had a combination of Indian head massage and reflexology. The whole thing took an hour and wasvreally good also a good price. I'd recommend.

Amy is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does! She offers a wide range of different services. I have had many sports massages and would highly recommend them.

Amy is such a pro, and wonderful at putting her clients at ease. She is able to tailor treatments for you if you can't quite find a facial / massage to suit. I'm so happy she has managed to get through the pandemic & stay open; it's so lovely having the salon so local! Amy is a calming presence, exactly what you want when you need some time out for self care! I can't recommend her enough!

Tbh I don’t have my hair cut here , but I do come for a blow dry , a relaxed welcoming atmosphere, I always seem to have the same stylist even though I’m not a regular (I’m ashamed that I don’t k ow her name 😞) She is so lovely and always remembers how I have my tea and how I like my blow dry , very professional and great attention to detail I feel comfortable enough to have a little blow dry nap Thankyou xx

Had an amazing Indian Head massage with Jessica yesterday. She was professional and welcoming, she explained what would happen, checked that I was comfortable, even down to the room temperature. The massage and hair treatment were very relaxing, followed by a lovely wash and blow dry! I would thoroughly recommend it. Been going to the salon for many many years and always welcomed like a friend, all the girls are amazing, but today an extra special thank you to Jessica, yesterday was just what I needed!

What a warm welcome we had from everyone at the Hair retreat! Ella was fantastic and not only did a great job with my unruly hair but also took the time to show me how to blow dry it to get it to 'behave better' and great advise to get it in better condition. Millie and Ella make you feel welcome and very much at ease and the salon is beautifully laid out. Secondly, if you're looking for someone who will give you a fantastic Brazilian Blow dry, look no further than Millie. Millie talked me through the whole process and all the way through as well. Millie turned my cork screw curls in to the most soft, shiny, beautiful feeling straight hair and I LOVE IT! Thank you so much Millie and I'll see you for my next treatment in July. I have been a regular customer here for a few years. I have had foils regularly as well as hair cuts and styling. I have also had my 2 young daughter's hair cut here, one who has very thick curly hair. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and always polite and chatty - I regularly get my hair coloured and cut by Dani who always does and excellent job.
