I have been going to Gemma for a while now and have been fortunate enough to have manicures, pedicures, facials and reflexology, which are all incredible. Today was my first back, shoulder and neck massage, All I can say is WOW, what an amazing experience, I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Have now booked one for my hubby and I have another booked in too. Thank you Gemma, as I said, you have magic hands.

I have been having facials with Gemma since 2017 and they are the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. My skin looks and feels amazing every time. Agree with all the other comments about how warm and comfortable the salon is (the heated couch in Winter is fantastic)! But mostly, having a beauty therapist with such a calm, gentle, caring nature is what elevates Potter’s Beauty Barn to the best!!!
