When my hairdresser retired i was searching for a new salon and tried a few in Sutton but never felt listened to. I decided to try Base in Sutton and was so lucky to have met Lucy on my first visit. I had decided to stop doing my grey roots every 4 weeks and Lucy suggested a fade to grey transition. I could not be happier the the reults every time i go and i get so many positive comments i will post a photo so you can see how its going and judge for yourselves. I now won't go anywhere else and am so grateful for Lucy, shes kind , very professional and has great patience. Thanks to all at Base hair.

I recently visited this salon and had the pleasure of having Ian as my stylist. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. The cut and color turned out perfect—exactly what I had hoped for. Ian’s attention to detail and expertise really stood out, and I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. The whole experience was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits!

Ian is brilliant! I've been getting my hair bleached for years and I think this is the happiest I have ever been with it! He made sure to talk me through each step, he recommended some great products that have made my hair so much healthier and it was just lovely experience. The cut is amazing also, I am extremely happy with how my hair turned out in general. All of the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I already couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
