Love this places. Chill vibe, good price and Leo is an excellent excellent hairdresser!! I have thick curly hair which can be a challenge to manage but he nailed it expertly and I'm so happy with the result. He even took pictures with my hair pinned up first to confirm I was happy with the length ☺ curly haired people looking for a hairdresser – Leo is your guy!

Such a good space, lovely atmosphere and people. Sam gave me a haircut, incl wash and blowdry, I felt like a princess, head massage(!), she took her time, asked me what I wanted, got offered drinks. 30£ worth every penny and worth a tip too! So happy I found you and will go cut my hair more often now! Thank you Sam!

The studio itself is really spacious and lovely. But what really struck a chord for me is how much attention and sensitivity shown by the staff. I know it's just hair, and what I came for really wasn't all that complicated.. quite simple rather. But I consulted and they actually listened. And at the end they were more than happy to make adjustment. I left feeling they absolutely nailed it. Much appreciated.

Reliable local service which has a team of helpful staff. It's clean and I've noticed that they are refurbishing their branch as of Feb 2025. The upright tanning machine is good and staff are always happy to assist if you need help. I would advise you have your own winkies as they don't have disposable ones. They provide eye protection which is used by other customers. Book a tanning package and they will give you a better price for a selection of minutes. My minutes last over 3 months as you can vary the number of sessions by minutes depending on how much tanning you want. It's good option if you suffer from psoriasis or seasonal affective disorder.

I go over for a massage every now and then to get refreshed after a tiresome week. It has one of the best massage services in London and I have developed a personal relationship over the years with the owner and some of the staff. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again soon.

I've been coming to this salon for nearly 3 years and the service is always impeccable. Claudia is very knowledgeable in her field (as is the lovely Zara!). She has a very gentle touch, while paying great attention to your skin. All the girls here are lovely. If in doubt, I ask them questions about the treatments available and they always explain according to my skin type. Great service all round!

I recently had my hair cut at Toni & Guy and the moment you walk in you’re immediately welcomed by the staff. I don’t go to hair salons often so I seek advice and, most of all, reassurance from the stylist - that’s exactly what I got with Nusrat. He was warm and friendly and was very patient and listened throughout our consultation. I turned up for my appointment and was told it was actually an hour earlier (I had no idea and had it in my head it was this time) they were super understanding and the receptionist asked a few of the stylists if they could make it work. Then I was sat down shortly after and Rosie did my hair. She was INCREDIBLE ! From her skills all the way to her beautiful care and kindness. One of the nicest experiences I’ve ever ever had.
