From my first session with Noah, he took the time to listen to my issue and understand it fully. He gave me exercises to do at home and also in the physio sessions which have significantly helped ease my back pain. Would absolutely recommend Noah and body tonic as very knowledgeable therapist and professional.

I booked a 60-minute sports massage, but it only lasted 50 minutes, which was quite disappointing. The massage itself was mediocre—I've had much better experiences at other spas and clinics for the same price. Ambience: The setting was far from peaceful. If your room is near reception, you can hear almost every conversation happening in the clinic, making it hard to relax and unwind. Edit: Although my first massage here didn’t go as expected, the team made sure to rebook me, and this time I chose the Stratford location. My masseuse, Natalie, was exceptional. The massage room at Stratford is downstairs, making it quiet and relaxing. It was definitely one of the nicest sports massages I’ve had.

Dhara is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had! She has helped me so much with my back, especially during pregnancy. Her expertise and care have made such a difference in my recovery. On top of that, she’s a truly wonderful person. Highly recommend her!
