Aron always makes my time at Neville easy and enjoyable. He is a skilled stylist and always takes his time to perfect my hair whether he is cutting, colouring or blow-drying. He always does and excellent job and I’m always asked where I get my hair done. Thank you!

I am impressed with the professionalism of their Maida vale salon. The manager kept her word to correct a less than satisfactory haircut a few months ago. I am pleased at the managers' sincere effort to give me a high quality experience at her salon.

Ashley is super with haircuts. She patiently heard and understood what I was looking for and delivered with precision. Right from the wash to finish, she has been amazing. She definitely is very talented given that she could make my very thin hair look great and full. I most certainly will go back and would love to recommend her.

I have dry, mid length, frizzy wavy/curly hair which has been bleached and coloured. I asked for a trim with layers and a style blow out and OMG...MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING EVEN THE DAY AFTER ! My hair usually gets frizzy a day after but its the same!!!!! Its so so soft and not frizzed up at all !! They catered to my hair texture and desired cut ! The staff was EXTREMELY CARING and my hair was handled very delicately !! I will definately go back to get my hair coloured and trimmed !!

First class service. Shakiba gave me s wonderful wash, cut, colour and blow dry. Could not be happier. She was kind, considerate and understanding on a day when I was feeling particularly stressed. The salon owner herself made me a delicious cup of tea. Both ladies cheered me up no end. And my hair looked amazing too. 5 stars all round. Will definitely go again and happy to recommend to all the ladies who want a job well done in a peaceful salon.

My first hair appointment at Ludmilla's today met all my expectations, Ludmilla is a charismatic and professional master stylist. My hair is very curley (3b), with some colour work (highlights) and she took care to cut my hair with scissors, maintaining the texture and definition without removing too much of the existing colour. The head massage was also very welcome; overall very pleased with the service.
