Ashley is super with haircuts. She patiently heard and understood what I was looking for and delivered with precision. Right from the wash to finish, she has been amazing. She definitely is very talented given that she could make my very thin hair look great and full. I most certainly will go back and would love to recommend her.

I am impressed with the professionalism of their Maida vale salon. The manager kept her word to correct a less than satisfactory haircut a few months ago. I am pleased at the managers' sincere effort to give me a high quality experience at her salon.

Great hair salon. I recently got my colour done here by Jacop. He was brilliant. He took the time to patch test the colour to make sure I didn't get any bad reaction as I had had a problem at the previous place I was going to. Jacop was very careful, attentive and charming. The colour is great. The other staff here are also very nice and friendly. I'm a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Jacop
