Booked for my first perm with 0 knowledge on how to take care of them apart from using cream after washing. Hair stylist Jiji went through A-Z in terms of how to wash, style and care for permed hair and made sure all my questions were answered. Very friendly atmosphere; staff members checked up on me during the treatment even though I wasn’t their client! Amazing hair washes!!! Perm didn’t manage to hold after the first round and the team were very easy to contact, they booked me in for a redo with no charge and all steps were explained again in detail. Overall I was very well looked after and had an amazing experience !!

I had an amazing experience at the salon! The service was excellent, and the hairstylist Ken did an outstanding job with my haircut. He not only met but exceeded my expectations, creating a style even better than I had imagined. Ken is incredibly attentive, explaining each step of the process before cutting. He is truly a professional, and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend him!

I've been coming to Haco Hair for over a year now, and I've left happy every time! This was my first time coming to the Hoxton salon and it was just as cozy, just a bit smaller. I had a haircut with Miki, who was lovely! She made sure she understood what I wanted & was very friendly. I have just gotten a hair cut and color and I have to say that 5 stars isn’t enough. I went in with long grown out bleached hair and came out with exactly what I wanted. Ken was a very sweet guy and a joy to talk to, he was very skilled as he managed to cut a style that was what I showed in the photos but also what suited me best. I can’t put in words how pleased I am and I recommend this hair salon and Ken highly.

Ken is incredibly experienced and attentive. He takes the time to ask all the right questions and ensures you’re completely happy with the results. The entire experience is very pleasant, with a cozy and calming environment. I especially enjoyed the relaxing head massage he gave while washing my hair. The haircut turned out amazing and suits my face perfectly. I’ll definitely recommend him to others!
