Absolutely love this salon. The staff could not be more friendly, welcoming or attentive and the results are always amazing. I get beauty treatments at the clinic next door and there is a lovely almost family-like vibe when you visit. You feel really at home and the stylists (especially the salon owner Virginia who I always have cut and treat my hair) are perfectionists and so professional. Highly recommended.

Today was the first time I had visited, and I was welcomed with warmth & kindness by Imogen. The shop was beautiful,clean and calm. I had my eyebrows shaped by Imogen, who was actually very good and discussed what she was going to do. (Even though I was in a fluster, lol) I want to add that when I arrived for my appointment, I was very flustered & stressed as I had lost my phone on the bus on the way, and Imogen and her client were both so kind and empathetic. They both went out of their way to help me, and for that, I am truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today after what has been such a tough few years for me. Again, thank you for your kindness today, Imogen, and I'll see you soon for my eyebrows tint * I'll promise no more tears* 🤣😭🙈

Was booked in for a surprise pregnancy massage session with a facial and pedicure at the end and the experience was amazing! Imogen was so warm, welcoming and professional. As it was a surprise she took time to explain how long the session will be and what’s included and we even ran over time but I didn’t feel rushed at all! The building was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve never had a professional massage before and this was a lovely first time experience. Highly recommend! Thank you again Imogen x

Charlotte is an excellent therapist. After loosing all my hair to cancer treatment 4 years ago, my eyebrows had never recovered fully. With Charlotte's help and advice I opted for Brush Stroke Brows. I cannot be happier, I finally have the eyebrows I have wanted for so long. So thank you so much Charlotte for boosting my confidence with my beautiful brows. Charlotte is a very talented, kind and super careful professional! My eyebrows were microbladed over a year ago, but there was no pigment left, so it was very hard to cover the old tattoo and to make them look nice and natural! Charlotte did an amazing job on covering them and using the most natural colour. She is also very clear when explaining how to take care of them after the procedure! She takes her time for her clients and never lets it until the brows are in perfect shape and colour! The pics below are after the very first treatment and you see that the brows are visible and nicely shaped! I'm more than pleased and happy with her work and I recommend her to all my friends and ladies that want to receive a great service and amazing results! Thank you!

I have been going to Lyr for over a year now for extensions, colour and cut. My extensions are blended to perfection, so much so that no one even knows they are extensions. Lyr always listens to what you want and puts your choices first - I always come out of the salon loving my hair! Both Lyr and Amie are lovely and do everything they can to make your visit as comfortable as possible - love the reclining massage chair!

My ‘go to’ salon. Lyr is absolutely fantastic and I really enjoy our chats! I recently visited for a colour correction and to remove years of box dye. It was a long process (4 hours) which Lyr told me about beforehand and I was very well looked after throughout. I absolutely LOVE my new colour! Extremely good value for money too. I’ll be back soon. Great experience, definitely recommend! I came to this salon because I had my hair done somewhere else and wasn’t happy with it. Lyr did a great job at correcting my highlights and I am now so happy with how my hair looks - the price was really reasonable too. Will definitely be going back!

This probably seems like an odd review, as I haven’t been to Sally’s for a while due to the fact that I moved away from the area. Since then I have been to several other establishments and I can honestly say I have never experienced the same standard, not even close to the quality of service I received at Sally Hayden’s for many years. A level of service that I truly miss along with Sally and her team. So I just wanted to post this review for all those years of consistently wonderful treatments - thank you!

Man and teenager facials. Fabulous. A great treat. I really enjoyed and feel fab. Teenager said it was "ok" which is high praise indeed and up there with "alright"!

Very pleased with Tribe. Courtney was great. I’m not a huge chatter box and prefer to have a “quietish” and relaxing experience at a salon and you can’t get that in most places. Courtney was lovely but kept chatting to a minimum, which I really liked. Will be going again.

Fantastic hairstyling by Jess, totally recommend her. The head massage has been better in the past (performed by another staff, young girl, didn’t appear motivated).

Jess has been doing my cuts and balayage since 2019, and she always delivers exactly what I want. She really listens to my ideas and I completely trust her. I’d had some hair colour disasters at previous salons before I found Jess and the Tribe team, so it was going to take a LOT to win my trust, and they did from my first visit! I can’t recommend them enough!

Me and my mum had a spa package booked with Ellie and Frankie. They were both so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We started with a massage followed by a facial, an afternoon tea and finished with a manicure and pedicure. We felt so relaxed and the treatments were done amazingly and to how we wanted them.
