Was booked in for a surprise pregnancy massage session with a facial and pedicure at the end and the experience was amazing! Imogen was so warm, welcoming and professional. As it was a surprise she took time to explain how long the session will be and what’s included and we even ran over time but I didn’t feel rushed at all! The building was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve never had a professional massage before and this was a lovely first time experience. Highly recommend! Thank you again Imogen x

Always a great experience at Luminis in Chislehurst. I feel very welcome whenever I'm there, and it's a treat to have a deep tissue massage with Imogen. The High Street location is very convenient, and the spa is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.

Today was the first time I had visited, and I was welcomed with warmth & kindness by Imogen. The shop was beautiful,clean and calm. I had my eyebrows shaped by Imogen, who was actually very good and discussed what she was going to do. (Even though I was in a fluster, lol) I want to add that when I arrived for my appointment, I was very flustered & stressed as I had lost my phone on the bus on the way, and Imogen and her client were both so kind and empathetic. They both went out of their way to help me, and for that, I am truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today after what has been such a tough few years for me. Again, thank you for your kindness today, Imogen, and I'll see you soon for my eyebrows tint * I'll promise no more tears* 🤣😭🙈

I absolutely love going to see Fiona for my hair needs. Fiona's expertise and approach means I can discuss my thoughts and needs for my hair and she will be open to new ideas while advising me on what's best to suit my colouring , hair type and lifestyle. I love the care and attention taken and it is evident in the outcome than Fiona is passionate about hair. My hair always feels excellent after a visit as high quality products and care is applied and Fiona has created a real range of changes for me as I like to change my hair now and again. Gina takes her time to make sure you are getting the best style/ colour for you. She is honest and realistic with what can be achieved with your hair and is very knowledgeable about products etc. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, bright salon. I had a warm welcome from reception - my coat was hung up and refreshments were offered and waiting for me after my hair wash. Tania was brilliant. We had a pre-cut consultation and she understood straight away what was needed to give my hair more shape. She executed a fantastic cut and blow dry. I will definitely book with Tania for my next cut and highly recommend Tania and the salon.

After years of attempting to find the perfect salon, I have finally found one. You are welcomed with friendly faces and the hair stylist sits down with you and discusses your requirements and actually listens to you. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and it feels incredibly high-end. I booked an appointment with Lucy and all throughout the session, she asked me at every step if I found everything to be satisfactory. She also suggested styling tips for maintenance. You are offered a lovely menu of teas, coffees, hot chocolates, and cookies (including gluten free ones!). Finally, the prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of service you receive. I will definitely be visiting again!

Kim is always welcoming, listens to what you say and will deliver the best results for you. This time I've changed totally the length of my hair and I couldn't be Every time I have an appointment from the moment I go in I'm welcomed with a smile a kind word ,always offering a drink and making sure you are relaxed. I found this salon through google with their highly rated reviews so I decided to give it a go and it definitely did not disappoint me at all! This was my first time in the hair movement and I could not recommend enough how lovely my experience was with the stylist - Josh. He was very welcoming and helpful, making sure what was best for my hair and I could not recommend him enough! He clearly understood what my needs were and explained to me step by step how I could achieve my dream hair in the consultation before getting my hair done - and after showing him inspiration photos, he managed to perfect my ideal hair colour and went above and beyond during each step of my hair process, taking time and precision into consideration. Thank you for such a lovely experience in this salon and will now be my go-to salon for hair appointments! ❤️

First time getting acrylics and the nail tec was super patient. Talked me through the best option to maintain good nail health and was super friendly, chatting to me the whole way through the routine. Only downside is the price, which is a little more expensive than the neighbouring nail boutiques

My daughter recommended me to Jspa. I love this place. I live in Maidstone but drive to see Jenni and Kelly because they are both so good at what they do. If you haven't tried this beauty salon then you should - you won't be disappointed. I visit regularly for gel nails (hands and feet), manicures and pedicures, waxing, eyebrow tint. I had my lvl done with Janice and wow, I’ve never been so happy with my eyelashes I’ve had them done a few places before and never been sad happy as I am now, lovely service and she makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough x

Janice helped me look after my skin in the few months leading up to my wedding and she was brilliant. As a complete novice to skin care, Janice was amazing at explaining everything she did and explaining what I needed to do at home to keep my skin looking fabulous. I was glowing by the time the wedding came around, and I won’t ever go back to a terrible skin care routine after seeing how much improvement there was after listening to Janice’s advice! She’s super friendly, super easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable about all things beauty - I highly recommend booking in with her!

Absolutely love this salon. The staff could not be more friendly, welcoming or attentive and the results are always amazing. I get beauty treatments at the clinic next door and there is a lovely almost family-like vibe when you visit. You feel really at home and the stylists (especially the salon owner Virginia who I always have cut and treat my hair) are perfectionists and so professional. Highly recommended.

Faith is awesome! I have been getting my eyelashes with her for years and she is the only one I trust. Faith is super friendly and very efficient. Her lashes always come out gorgeous and she is able to adjust the volume and length based on your wants. I highly recommend her!

I have had my hair cut twice at this salon and had my first colour this weekend. I have to say it’s taken me such a long time to eventually find a hairdressers that I am happy with. The girls are so lovely and chatty. Megan who does my hair is fantastic! I came out of the salon feeling great and couldn’t stop looking in the mirror, the cut and colour was amazing! I had my first experience at Max Daniel hair today. Rebecca did my hair and was great and so lovely, I am incredibly happy with the results. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Really glad I took the recommendation from friends and I will definitely be going again!

The hairdressers is great. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome by one of the lovely staff. Megan has been transforming my hair for ages and I always leave the salon happy. Max is always very welcoming, happy and great at what he does. As well as Jess and the team. Also, my Mum regularly has her hair coloured and cut by Max which always looks great. You don’t need a colour chart as they always get exactly what you want and more by discussing it with you. I really recommend going here for a relaxed and amazing experience. I look forward to my next visit.
