First time getting a perm. The lady doing mine was very nice and gave me some suggestions on what type of perm to get. Their knowledge about hair is very good, suggesting to me what products to use and how to maintain my perm. They were very gentle with the trim, after the perm, and finished it perfectly. Their washes in between the perming were very relaxing and the trim came out superb. Overall, I found the experience here excellent. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Matisse, the hairdressers are very friendly and welcoming. Been coming for a year or two now and wouldn't go elsewhere. The online booking system is a real time saver, and a great perk to the salon!

Lovely, bright salon. I had a warm welcome from reception - my coat was hung up and refreshments were offered and waiting for me after my hair wash. Tania was brilliant. We had a pre-cut consultation and she understood straight away what was needed to give my hair more shape. She executed a fantastic cut and blow dry. I will definitely book with Tania for my next cut and highly recommend Tania and the salon.

I found this salon through google with their highly rated reviews so I decided to give it a go and it definitely did not disappoint me at all! This was my first time in the hair movement and I could not recommend enough how lovely my experience was with the stylist - Josh. He was very welcoming and helpful, making sure what was best for my hair and I could not recommend him enough! He clearly understood what my needs were and explained to me step by step how I could achieve my dream hair in the consultation before getting my hair done - and after showing him inspiration photos, he managed to perfect my ideal hair colour and went above and beyond during each step of my hair process, taking time and precision into consideration. Thank you for such a lovely experience in this salon and will now be my go-to salon for hair appointments! ❤️

Kim is always welcoming, listens to what you say and will deliver the best results for you. This time I've changed totally the length of my hair and I couldn't be Every time I have an appointment from the moment I go in I'm welcomed with a smile a kind word ,always offering a drink and making sure you are relaxed. I can't say anything about Kim she goes above and beyond. She's a wonderful person apart from professional. After years of attempting to find the perfect salon, I have finally found one. You are welcomed with friendly faces and the hair stylist sits down with you and discusses your requirements and actually listens to you. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and it feels incredibly high-end. I booked an appointment with Lucy and all throughout the session, she asked me at every step if I found everything to be satisfactory. She also suggested styling tips for maintenance. You are offered a lovely menu of teas, coffees, hot chocolates, and cookies (including gluten free ones!). Finally, the prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of service you receive. I will definitely be visiting again!

Lovely treatments had regular facial and pedi. Was lucky to get in a very short notice. Next time will have the full facial. Products were lovely, smelt of lemon. Will be booking in soon and treating me daughter to a treatment

Today I had a male all- over body massage and pedicure from the brilliant Jeyda who did excellent work. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services plus really professional yet friendly and put me at ease from the moment I arrived. The staff are amazing and they are all trained well with plenty of knowledge about products and care. I had hot stones massage and never had this type of massage before so during my massage the young lady asked me if I was stressed as the stones were drying which means my body was stressed. I was amazed with what she told me,it's great what they can tell you about your body through massage. I truly love it at Sophie's its good company and good customer care with such kindness and courtesy . I will keep using Sophie's for all my beauty treatments. Well done to the new owner you have great staff and customer care. And they make a great cuppa while you wait .

I had a million dollar facial with Molly today, it was out of this world! Molly was friendly and made me feel totally relaxed, she asked what I wanted to achieve and if I had any skin concerns and focused on my 'problem' areas. I highly recommend Molly and Sophies Beauty Lounge, they are a beautiful salon in Bexleyheath and it's a real gem of a place, I will be booking again very soon!

I have been visiting Janine at Skin & Tonic over the past few for years. Besides being absolutely lovely she is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse, and I always love the results. Janine listens to your preferences and delivers a painless and perfect result every time. The salon is spotlessly clean and full of friendly, helpful staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was lucky enough to find a last minute booking available the night before for a pedicure (no paint) and by 8:30am I had received a call to confirm my appointment which was great. On arrival I was promptly seated and made comfortable. The team there are lovely and it’s a clean environment. Lucy gave me a fantastic pedicure and was also able to squeeze in time to paint my nails! Really enjoyed my experience especially with Lucy. I highly recommend!

As a first time visitor to Skin & Tonic, I found Katie extremely welcoming. I had Builder Gel on my nails and was impressed with the care and attention Katie had for my nails. She explained what the product was and how the infil process works. A pleasant experience.

It is always a treat to visit the salon for my reflexology and massage with Janet. She is friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease. My treatments are always tailored to my needs at the time. The other salon staff are all lovely girls which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Salon 108 for over 10 years, travelling back there after I moved out of the area. Linh and all the staff are not only friendly, but really knowledgeable and happy to give advice on cuts and colours. I now take my young daughter there and she loves having a hot chocolate whilst having her hair done! Today Chloe did a great colour and cut, but the other stylists I’ve had have also been fab. Highly recommend trying out 108 for sure.

I’ve been going to Tag for years and always had a great experience- this includes cut, blow dry and colouring- always exactly what I wanted. More recently I wanted to go from a dark brown back to my original red headed roots and Tess worked her magic perfectly! All very experienced and lovely to work with. My hair is extremely frizzy and thick so hadnt had it cut for a good 3/4 years (as always feel like I am being annoying going into a hairdressers with such unruly hair) however I to went to tag and they was lovely and so accommodating, would defenantly reccomend. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new stylist - went here and had a trim before doing anything drastic. Have since been back for a colour and then again for hair extensions. Jordan is great and would recommend. The salon is lovely and has a great atmosphere too.

This was my first visit for my haircut. In one word, I would say they are just perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Pricing is also good. I think Ammy cut my hair and she was very sweet and friendly. She asked for my preference every time and cut my hair accordingly. 5 STARS ALWAYS! I have come to The Salon Experience for years to have my hair coloured, cut and styled. Even though I have moved across the other side of London, I still make the effort to travel an hour and a half drive to see the girls at the salon! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my long hair :) Libby is fantastic and I have been coming to her for a very long time. Today, I had Lauren as Libby wasn’t working, and Lauren did not disappoint! Absolutely love my hair every time I leave the salon and always recommend to my friends. Thank you girls for being the best and looking after me and my long hair! ❤️
