A surprising tardus type salon on 2 floors tucked away from the madding crowds of Portobello road and Westborne grove. Its nestled amongst artisan chocolate shops and pristine cafes. Be aware there is no disabled access at the entrance which l suggest they consider remedying during 2022. I didn't ask if they had a portable ramp. The lighting isn't strident, the decor vaguely Moroccan ( photo of bench seat) and the seats comfortable. The staff are really polite and it's obvious they have a loyal customer base. Every effort was made to lift my petite 5 ft 2 inch frame high enough at the sink so l didn't get a wet back during my hair wash. That extra care was much appreciated. I walked in looking like a dull grey root haired lady and l emerged an elegant plum plumed swan. What a difference majirel colour makes to your confidence. I had a public event the next day at which l made quite an impression. Thank you Erin for the much needed transformation.

Darron is the absolute best colourist, he took me from blonde to vibrant red, and it is perfect! Highly recommend!!!

A brilliant experience. No hanging around and straight to it. Turning my darkest brown hair to blonde in a 6 hour period is no easy feat. Bleach didn't irritate my scalp and my hair still feels soft. Big thank you to Freya and Jenny for doing such a wonderful job.

Darron has been my colorist for more than 7 years and he is now also taking care of my 3 eldest daughters. It is going to sound a bit cheesy to say but he did change my life. Thanks to his creativity, intuition, and incredible talent he has given me a new look. He is techinically extremely skilled but deep down he is an artist. My daughters (aged 14, 16 and 19) also adore him. Darron adapts to individualities, he knows how to listen and also knows when to suggest new ideas. I really cannot say enough good things about him.

Tom at Hari’s was fantastic. Took the time to really understand my hair and what I was looking for and gave me just the right haircut that works for my hair type, face structure, and lifestyle. Highly recommend him! I also appreciate the lady at the front desk who greeted me and prepped my hair - she did a great job. I will be back again! Thank you.
