Now this is a hidden gem. Stumbled across Archive and wow what a place. Yummy coffee with comprehensive cold and food options in the cafe area, all set in pleasant surroundings. Staff are really friendly too. Then you walk through a doorway to a massive entertainment area with lots of seating and tables with a massive screen and projector one end of the large room. Also has a full bar available in this room too. Super cool place to work from in the day using their wifi or attending one of their many hosted events in the evenings. I’ve posted some photos of the place and also the amazing and yummy food and coffee. 😎👍

Great spot. A rarity of a bunch spot that had really good coffee and food plus seating options to either do some work or chat. The mushrooms on toast were excellent. Quality mushrooms and oil on sourdough. Well above the standard brunch menus found elsewhere both in terms of quality and related price. Friendly and accurate service A gem

We hosted a retirement party for 70 + guests. The Archive team were outstanding. Excellent communication prior to event. Good value food and drink options. Really helpful staff all the way through from bar staff, events manager and general manager. Thanks very much Archive team.

I just simply love that place. I’ve been there so many times and the food never disappoints. Definitely hidden gem. I also feel very welcomed by the staff whenever I’m coming. (On the pic mixed grill for two).

Wonderful, delicious choice of small plates. Hard to choose a favourite but the pig cheek bourguinon is up there. Would recommend over-ordering to try as many dishes as possible and graze away. Great service too.

What an absolute gem of a place. Great food, lovely staff, and fantastic value for money. Strongly recommend a few things, including the baked camembert board, the chicken and egg (which was utterly incredible - so many flavours and textures), and the lobster croquettes. We had five sharing plates, a dessert each, and a cocktail each. Came to £100. Absolute bargain for the quality.

First visit and definitely won't be the last! What a gem of a place. I'd forgotten how much I liked Horsforth. We booked for a late Sunday lunch at 4pm. We arrived early and were seated straight away. Friendly, personable young man waited on our table. We had 2 courses, drinks and coffee. 'Hollyflower Cheese' was absolutely scrummy.😋 Restaurant not too busy. Great music in the background. Thank you.😋

I ordered yesterday night at 17.02.2021 using Uber Eats. My order was Smoked Dope Burger, Sweet Fries and Rainbow Bagel Cheesecake. At first place, I was hesitant to order as I live in the city centre and the total delivery fee was 5.5£, but I said to myself that I would give a try for something different. The burger was so juicy it was simply perfect. The bacon 🥓 crunchy and with an excellent overall taste was a celebration 🎈 in my mouth. I would like the potatoes to be a little bit crispier and bigger portion, but still, they are the second-best sweet potatoes I tried in the city. Next time I will try the toppings. Finally, the bagel left me with mixed feelings. I love the cream, but overall, there was something strange with the taste. Bottom line, if you are around, do not miss it if you are in the city centre and have a car better to pick up on your own instead of paying 5.5£ to Uber Eats.

Incredible burger! I had the Fondue Burger with added BBQ Brisket. The meat was super juicy and went down an absolute treat. A real top tier burger. Cool vibes in the shop and good service. Dope Burger definitely lived up to hype!

I really enjoyed my first visit with friends. Great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was of a very high standard and well presented, served with a smile and in good time from placing our order. main and desert were also timed well, without us feeling rushed. A good selection of wine and other drinks are available. Sam (the owner) and her staff deserve high praise for the excellent service they provided throughout. I went here for the first time last night to try their 5 course tasting menu, a friend had recommended their brunch. I was honestly blown away. Every single member of the team was friendly and welcoming, I can't remember ever being as impressed with the service of any restaurant anywhere. The courses were introduced to the whole room and the passion coming from the kitchen team was infectious, clearly a lot of love had gone into the food. They explained the detail of how everything was made which was so interesting and educational (especially if you're a foodie). The food, it was so good, I don't know what to say. My table of four spent almost the entire night debating which was the best dish, we couldn't agree, they were all fantastic. The attention to detail, the mix of flavours, the advice to eat a certain thing first to cleanse the pallet before the rest of the dish, it was just brilliant, elegant and delicious. Chef James and Chef Dale went out of their way to come and speak to us and make us feel welcome, they were so friendly and you could really tell they cared about our opinion. I genuinely haven't had such a good experience in a very long time. They do these tasting nights monthly and I'll certainly be back next month and no doubt the month after. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. I'll be telling everyone I know.

Tucked away in Farsley, this is most definitely “worth a detour” to use a Michelin guide expression. Having heard great things about their tasting menus, we decided to try brunch on a damp Sunday morning. Not disappointed! A lovely variety of breakfasts, all beautifully presented and tasted amazing.

Breakfast was really nice! I had the french toast and it was delicious, the orange mascarpone made it very refreshing so it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was also huge. We also had the breakfast brioche, again very delicious but definitely recommend it with added bacon.

Incredible place! I wish I had a better photo of how it arrived! Honestly one of the best English breakfasts I have ever had. It is difficult to elevate a fry, but they managed. Mushroom with lemon and thyme, homemade beans, perfect poached eggs, great coffee. Seriously impressive place. Everyone else was really happy with the food as well. Service was fast and kind.

Arrived, Leeds is a mission and half to drive to over Xmas. Breakfast with extra egg, amazing did look at the pancakes, but I'm having something like that for the dessert or sweet. Upstairs was packed. Will book a reservation in future. Spiced chocolate cake? I think.p

The food is fabulous, highly recommend the Turkish eggs and also the pastries. I would suggest asking for some of the pastries to be heated like spinach & feta or the chocolate, hazelnut and pear (they won't offer but will do upon request). Coffee is great, and service is rapid meaning you can stop before your train. Booking looks advisable as always busy.

Gave this restaurant another chance after a very disappointing visit around 9 months ago. Discovered it was now under new ownership and that it’s offering is vastly improved. My meal was excellent, service attentive but evidenced some inexperience. Will definitely be back.

This is one of the best place to enjoy Indian street food. The food here is really delicious. Vada Pav, Gobi Manchurian, Dahi Puri, Pani Puri, Curry and Rasmalai Cake all taste so good. Very helpful staff and excellent service.

We went for lunch as a family group and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Our booked table was set up ready for us with menus to hand. The staff were very accommodating, allowing older children to order from the Seniors menu to get the dishes they really fancied. The food was clearly freshly cooked and came nicely presented. I had the halloumi salad and felt it was great value for money - plenty of halloumi, really nicely roasted peppers, onions and tomatoes, nice fresh salad leaves. The kids loved their burgers (after initial confusion over the charcoal buns) and chips. The ribs and wings platter was huge, but went down extremely well. I would very happily eat here again.

As a member of staff, the landlord overall is a great person and accommodates to his staff very well, the new menu has been made specifically to cater for customers who have given requests as he feels the customers matter, he also runs certain events to make the overall atmosphere of the pub a great place to be in, the manager himself is very friendly and wants the best for everyone, the food is always top standard and the wait time is always acceptable I would deffo come in as a customer

Christmas Day lunch was brilliant, couldn’t fault it. Always trepidatious about going out for dinner at Christmas but we had no reason to be this year. The food was top tier and there was enough of it to feed a small army, all fresh and tasty and seasoned beautifully. The sticky toffee pudding was absolutely stunning and we brought the cheese board home to dig into later. The service was personable as always and unlike a lot of places on Christmas Day, we didn’t feel rushed or an inconvenience. Even the pooch got her own meal! 10/10 would go again over the festive season. Massive props and thanks to all the staff, the entire experience was faultless and you all did a fantastic job ☺️

An outstanding restaurant with very delicious food. Had dum biriyani, which was flavourful and generously portioned, the crispy and flaky bread on top was a standout feature. The drinks desserts are also great. The interior design, service and atmosphere is also very nice.
