Lovely little cafe. Happy staff and great food. The location is next to Sandal Castle. Nice cakes and toilets. Open until 2.30 pm
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely snack here yesterday. Coffee and food really good and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

You must stop here on your visit to Sandal Castle. The cafe has delicious food, drinks, great view of the castle ruins and excellent service by the friendly, helpful staff. Easy access from the castle ruins, the road or the car park. Full of history, the walls of the cafe are lined with boards telling you everything you need to know and about the 1460 Wakefield Battle! I highly recommend you drop in when you are in Wakefield.
