Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service and totally professional from start to finish. From the initial survey and design plan by Jess and the reasonable quote from Lee. The brilliant customer service from Fiona and the girls in the office, the lads on site (especially Jamie) to the boss himself Lee. So pleased with the final outcome, exactly as the agreed 3D design and plan. The lads are so respectful on site and make sure everything is cleared away and made tidy each day and particularly on a Friday (for use at weekends) All I can say is you might get a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but you will not get a better more professional job done for the price. Would definitely recommend using Impact Design. You won't regret it if you do...

Amazing work so far being done to my back garden. Lee and the whole team have been wonderful to work with and have gone beyond expectations! 5 stars service from start to finish. Having not used impact gardens before I phoned and booked an appointment with Lee. He attended our property and listened to my wife and her thoughts only to come up with beautiful design 2 weeks later. Once we done minor tweaks we were sent a quotation and a start date. The team (Jamie and Jake) worked hard for 1 months and 2 days regardless of weather conditions. They executed the design to perfection. Jamie is extremely meticulous and pays attention to details. Moreover they were super polite and always friendly with the neighbours. They left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day and jet washed grounds once job was completed. Communication is excellent, Fiona would keep you up to date and Lee responds to emails very promptly. This is a team that cares and delivers what promised. Highly recommended. Abbas

Absolutely outstanding! Collaboratively designed to our specification, competitively priced and beautifully done on time and to budget. Lee and his team bring huge experience, a genuine 'can do / will do' attitude, great attention to detail, and run a really well managed site. Lee has an excellent eye for design and brings quality workmanship. Great after-care too. Ours was a large and complex project and we absolutely love the results - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lee and Billy did an amazing job on our garden. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They completely renovated our garden, levelling it and putting in a patio, beds and new grass. I’ve just had composite decking and Indian stone flags laid in my garden. Phil, the owner kept in contact up to the point of work beginning , and explained everything Andy and Cameron did the work. They removed a lot of old wooden decking and replaced with new. They were cheerful, polite and tidied up afterwards The work is of good quality and my garden looks amazing Will definitely use Webster’s again in the future

We asked Phil to come to help us to tidy up the garden in our new house ready for autumn. When we first contacted, he came with short notice to take a look at the garden and advise us on what to do and had some useful advice about some of the weeds that we had, as well as general lawn care advice - and not long after came to sort the place out! Can’t fault his work, he cut back some very overgrown hedges and shrubs and cleared all of the cuttings and debris from our garden quickly and efficiently. To top it off he is extremely friendly and a pleasure to have in our garden - if you’re thinking about asking someone to help to sort your garden out don’t hesitate to contact him! We would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be in contact again when we need anything else doing.

Cannot rate Joe and his team highly enough. Really pleasant to be around and very professional. I got a few quotes for venetian fencing last year and I was glad Joe’s quote came back reasonable as I’d been really impressed by the quality I’d seen on social media. Sam was good to deal with from start to finish. He was easy to get hold of and there was good communication throughout. He was flexible with our start date and he and Rob worked very quickly to transform our garden. Even our neighbours commented on how neat and tidy he was with waste management and material storage at the front of the property.

James and his team took down a very large 50ft+ ash tree with ash dieback in Old Glossop. James was friendly, professional, approachable and competent throughout the process, from application for a license (conservation area) through to liaising with neighbours and taking down a tree with difficult access. His quote was very competitive and he even left us some firewood from the tree. An excellent service, much better value than other quotes we got, and thoroughly professional throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend.

James came to have to look at the gardens and discuss exactly what needed to be done. An hour after he started, the front garden was unrecognisable and he had cleared the large driveway of weeds. He transformed our neglected garden in the space of a few hours and we would recommend him without hesitation. Especially if your garden needs a miracle performed on it!!
