Food was very fresh and the customer service was very warm and friendly. Staff member Luke was very polite, cheerful and looked after us very well. He made our visit very pleasant.
Lovely food, great service. Aimee and fenella were absolutely brilliant. Calmly lit with a relaxing atmosphere, background music just at the right volume.

Our go to place. Food always hot and tasty. Perfect for a winter afternoon to sit cosy by the fire. Bar staff are always helpful and friendly. Liam and Luke always remember our drink order. Family and dog friendly. Booking definitely recommended as this gem gets booked up quick
What a well turned out pub. Dropped in for coffee and had excellent friendly service from very helpful staff. Ended up booking a Christmas dinner! Highly recommended.
I had the triple meat roast today. The staff were welcoming enough and the pub has a lovely atmosphere. The roast lunch was OK nothing special but the roast potatoes were awful, they were not crispy and I could tell they were cooked much earlier and reheated. The potatoes were not hoti and I did not eat them. I was disappointed as i was looking forward to crispy potatoes, perhaps it was a one off. Everything else was good. The fruit crumble was a bit tart and the crumble was scanty please use more crumble.
Hopefully, things will be improved upon.
