All the staff have always been helpful, kind, understanding and caring….the last 12 mths they have helped us through alot with Poppy making her visits calm and comfortable. When we had too make our final decision with Poppy they got us intouch with Dignipets who helped too give us the perfect goodbye 🐾🐕‍🦺🩷

When I look at the reviews on here, people moaning about the cost, if you can't afford it then don't own the animal.
My little Beefy was struggling after drinking water from the river on the farm; he drinks out of there everyday and always has along with the other farm dogs.
But, he took a weird turn and was having massive breathing problems, vomiting everywhere and was really in a bad way.
I phoned this vet Monday afternoon about 5.15pm, they gave me advice over the phone and said any more trouble to ring back in the morning despite not being registered with them, they took the time to listen; the following morning he still wasn't the best. Gave the vets another call and they made an appointment to see him straight away, within the next hour. Once there, they gave him the tests he needed, and gave him the medication he required. From pulling up outside there and the wife going in with him, the whole process took less than an hour. Little Beefy is now back up and running, firing on all 4 cylinders,

2023 is a year we won't ever forget. Our beautiful Labrador had a battle with cancer which heartbreakingly ended with us making the decision to have him euthanised. Throughout the whole battle, we couldn't have asked for a better team to be fighting with us against this horrible disease. We were talked through everything and kept informed throughout. Insurance paperwork was dealt with by the staff so we didn't have to worry about submitting everything on top of dealing with a poorly dog. Our dog loved going to see the team, often dragging me in through the door because he couldn't wait to see the staff. At the end, the vet gave our dog his calm, peaceful final few moments without us being rushed. We have now got a new addition to the family and we knew that we would be registering her at this practice. We trust the team completely and know that our new addition will be well looked after throughout her life by the team we have got to know really well under the hardest of circumstances.
