At a time when I was so worried and anxious, as my cat Mogs was so poorly.. everyone here, at the PDSA, gave me reassurance, and I felt comforted by knowing my Mogs was in safe hands. PDSA are passionate about the care they give our much loved pets, which are, our family. Their care and dedication is outstanding. Thanks to the PDSA, Mogs is still with us, enjoying the pampering she's getting, 18yrs old bless her. ❤️🐾🐾
This practice is a very caring and professional practice. Our dog Harvey had some investigations today which turned out needed some mouth work under general. He's an old boy so we were worried tbh.Everyone was so helpful especially the nurses and helpers. There were no reception staff on when I picked Harvey up today but the nurses were amazing covering front desk, pharmacy and hand overs. To be fair in my past experience here the reception staff keep a tight ship and have to deal with alot of public facing work on top of other duties and what you get is efficiency and honesty which I needed and appreciated.
