Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

We used Avondale a few ago to fix a gable end at the back of my house. Edward was helpful, fixed the issue brilliantly and was very reasonably priced. I kept his business card. Called him earlier this month to look at an issue on the front gable. He came to the house, had a look. We agreed the price - again very reasonable - and on this occasion could fix the roof the same day. He’s always friendly, efficient and very tidy which is a bonus! Highly recommend Avondale-roofing

Excellent service. Originally asked for help to deal with a drain leak but they also highlighted an issue with our chimney stack and mortar repair which was critically due (I just hadn’t seen it). Came back to help mitigate the issue and all in all did a fab job, and at a great cost. Thanks again!

David is a reliable roofer. I would highly recommend to everyone. He did a good quality job for us for a good price. He listened to us and informed us all the time and was always on time. He is very conscientious about his job. We couldn't find a better person to do the job for us.

Avondale roofing gave a competitive qoute and completed the work promptly and to a quality standard. We had our flat roof done above the garage. The fascias cleaned and some extra grouting done. Very pleased thank you.
