I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed. They were also the only company that informed us about the building control requirements when quoting, which they took care of. Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Anthony has excellent attention to detail and really cares about the quality of the work he does. Shaun also provided excellent customer service. The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. I'm not sure how they managed to keep going but they did, all completed just before the recent storm hit, so a huge thank you for the peace of mind! Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely use React again and have already recommended them to others.

Excellent, professional, great value, friendly service from Mr Jelley and son who cleared out the gutters repaired a leak in the roof and gave us advice this week. We have used GJ Jelley on several occasions over the past 15 years for a replacement house roof, replacement flat roof and repairs to our existing house roof and gutter cleaning. Every time we have had top quality service. We wouldn't trust anyone else.

I was experiencing a fluttering noise coming from the roof area so I called C R Roofing. I spoke to Jason who listened to my concern and was quick to book me an appointment. Chris arrived and within seconds of explaining my issue , he knew straight away what the problem was. I had too much felt overlapping on the fascia, which was causing it to vibrate when it was windy. Chris got his ladder and cut some of the felt off. Job done. After looking at various roofer companies I’m glad I used C R Roofing as the speed of the service along with the professionalism and knowledge of both Jason and Chris was second to none. Great service and I would highly recommend this company. 10/10

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at CR Roofing. They have been absolutely amazing! My roof first started to leak in March 2018, with water running down into one of the bedrooms and then into the dining room beneath. The problem was intermittent. Sometimes it would be pouring down outside, but there would be no leak. Other times there’d be light rain and the water would start to drip in. I thought the wind direction might have something to do with the problem, but there was no consistency there either which added to my confusion and frustration. I lost count of the number of roofers who came to take a look at the roof between March 2018 and May 2021. In fairness, the majority were honest in saying that the roof was in good condition and they couldn’t find any cracked tiles or areas where the water may have been coming in from, so they were sorry but they couldn’t help me. I appreciated their honesty but that didn’t help much given that the problem continued. Other roofers were completely corrupt and said the roof was in a bad state and the whole thing needed replacing, which would cost thousands. I eventually googled ‘specialist roofers in Birmingham’ and was presented with CR Roofing. I called Jason and couldn’t help but start crying from the frustration and worry I’ve experienced over the last 3 years. He was absolutely amazing and said they would definitely find the source of the leak. Chris came to do the inspection and was very thorough. He took loads of photos and showed me where and why the roof was leaking. Not long after, the team came over and repaired the roof. Before, During and After photos were taken so I could see exactly what work had been done. Jason stopped by as added reassurance for me as he knew I’ve found the last 3 years very distressing. A few weeks after the roof was repaired, I called Jason and asked if one of the team could pop back to look at another part of the roof where there was still a little bit of water coming in when it rained heavily. I had been told that this can happen sometimes and that I should call them if it does. So, within a couple of days Chris was back and had sorted it out. From start to end, the whole team was amazing. They were polite, friendly, professional, reliable and courteous. They did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, which is something of a rarity these days. As some reviews mention, CR Roofing aren’t the cheapest. They don’t claim to be either. If you’re looking for a reliable company who get the job done and go the extra mile to help their customers then I would definitely recommend you call them.

I have known Chris and Jason for several years now, and this family business has always looked after me. I have met quite a few of their employees and they always seem cheerful and pleased to be there, which goes to show that it is a business which looks after its staff which speaks volumes about the company ethos. After finding a leak in my 88 years old moms bedroom we contacted c r roofing who promptly came round and carried out the repair Chris I think she said was friendly and polite and professional mom has hearing problems and has been ripped off before these guys are the real deal would highly recommend
