Telephoned on Tuesday came out on Thursday to inspect my roof and quoted the same day I accepted and they carried out the repairs in full on Tuesday an Excellent job would definitely recommend

Cannot praise these guys enough. Needed the chimney reflashed and an added down pipe. Not only did they come out on the weekend to see what the problem was, they fit me in the next day - and for an affordable price! Throughout the process I was kept updated and was thoroughly explained what the problem was. Was even sent photos of the job to keep for my records. Will definitely be using them for any future problems/projects.

Due to storm Darragh, we had our flat dorma roof blow off and chop our chimney in half. Was a really stressful time, but Ben, Liam Adam and the rest of the team really helped us out. From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. On the day they turned up on time and completed the job same day. Highly professional, efficient and very much recommended.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Very fast response to my initial call. Arrived when they said they would, gave a full assessment and quote quickly. Scaffolding turned up hours after I'd given the go ahead and the work was completed within a week. No added costs and photos were provided of the completed work. A really thorough job and very happy to recommend.

Pro-Roof have been brilliant. Our 1910 roof needed some love and Marcus and the team have redone it really carefully. The tiles were preserved and are now on top of a breathable membrane, held on firmly, and the lead work around the chimneys and on the dorma window is incredibly neat. The team were friendly, polite, on time and communicated brilliantly. We’re missing them now it’s all finished! Many thanks.

Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

We used Avondale a few ago to fix a gable end at the back of my house. Edward was helpful, fixed the issue brilliantly and was very reasonably priced. I kept his business card. Called him earlier this month to look at an issue on the front gable. He came to the house, had a look. We agreed the price - again very reasonable - and on this occasion could fix the roof the same day. He’s always friendly, efficient and very tidy which is a bonus! Highly recommend Avondale-roofing

I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. I recommend the company and in particular John.

Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Anthony has excellent attention to detail and really cares about the quality of the work he does. Shaun also provided excellent customer service. It was very refreshing to not to have to chase people all the time. He simply did what he said, when he said. Great job guys!!

Cant fault Aaron and his team. Difficult to get a day with the U.K. weather not behaving but we managed it and Aaron came with his team as promised to compete our flat roof done with fibreglass. Really friendly team, great attitude, hard working, excellent attention to detail! Can’t fault them. Aaron is so caring and clearly cares about his work and the final finish which for us is perfect. Looks amazing.

I had a GRP roof which was basically sound but the surface was beginning to fail. Aaron came around and knew exactly how to sort it out. It now looks like new again, in fact better than it looked when new. Highly recommend.

We had the rear of our three story house completely repointed by Albion Roofing, including some tricky work on the columns supporting our balcony.
