Well, there’s not enough words to describe in good faith how amazing and lovely Jake and his team are. Very professional from the first point of contact to the end. Well mannered, polite, courteous and professional. Great communication and worked around problems like they were no problems. They made us feel like we were special, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We have had several very bad experiences with builders (all weather roofline destroyed our roof for example) Jake’s team could reassure us that there are reputable tradesman out there. Jake responded within the hour for emergency roof repair as we were on our way to London that morning and very much appreciated him coming straight away. He repaired / replaced several loose tiles with original welsh slate tiles and did additional repairs that he also noticed as part of the cost.
