We recently worked with Matthew from AMH Roofing & Property Care to convert our garage. The overall experience was very positive. Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was able to coordinate with other tradespeople to meet our desired timescales. We appreciated his respectful and unobtrusive approach, even while we were working from home. AMH property yet again did a great job for me today. Last week replaced my flat roof on the garage. Great team of lads did the job to a high standard. Very pleased. Today completed work on my porch. Plastered the porch, lay down some floor tiles and added skirting board. Very professional job. Will not hesitate to contact them again

After a few months of living with a leaking garage roof and overpriced quotes, we came across AMH Property Care. Matt came out and gave us a great price to replace the garage and utility room's flat roof. The workmanship and quality of the new roof were spot on. We spoke to Matt about a few other bits that needed doing around the house, and since April, Matt and his team have transformed our utility room by replacing the doors and frames, removing and boarding up the old window to the garage, insulating and replastering the whole room, levelling the floor, and installing laminate flooring. They have redone the lead flashing on the roof, along with adding end caps and replacing some damaged tiles and the felt underneath. After completing the first fix for a full house rewire, Matt and his team were back again and plastered all the chase work, replastered the whole kitchen, plastered the ceiling in our kids' room, boarded and plastered our old loft hatch, and replaced the ugly metal poles on the front porch with a beautiful gallows bracket. When the rewire was finished, Matt was back again to rip out the whole bathroom and replace it with the bathroom of our dreams. Everything was fitted with precision, and the flooring and tiling look incredible. We couldn't recommend AMH Property Care enough! We look forward to contacting them again later in the year for more property improvements.

Found this firm via facebook. Came the next day and went up in cherry picker to see job and give us a quote. Liked the fact he took pictures on his phone of what he found up there so never felt we were being conned into unnecessary work. Came a couple of days later, on the coldest morning of the year to do the job. Very polite and efficient. Will keep number for any future jobs and definitely recommend to friends. The cherry picker a big bonus as does away with scaffolding.

Excellent service from Drew, who came around quickly (and on time) to get me out of a pickle with a leaking flat roof. Very reliable and easy to deal with, with great communication, I can't recommend him highly enough.

My roof suffered damage during the recent gales - (ridge tiles blown off). I made contact with Drew who visited my house without delay to inspect the damage and provided a quote which was accepted. Drew then arranged the rectification work which was completed as soon as he had availability. This was all completed within 3 days of my initial contact with Drew. An impressive service.

Had ADB come out the following morning from a storm. We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling, we called some cowboy roofers to fix and they fixed from the inside charging me £400 there and then. So when we called ADB they advised us professionally that the work needed to be quickly fixed outside for £60. Trust these guys and be careful of dodgy builders. Thanks again for awesome service.

Mike came promptly to assess the problem. Quoted and made arrangements to do the work. Turned up as arranged . Price same as quote. So far problem seems fixed. I would recommend this company. I will ask them to do all of my roofing work from now on.

We contacted Mike at My local roofer to quote on replacing dropped and loose ridge tiles having previously used him for some minor roof repairs over 10 years ago. Mike works closely with his dad and he came and quoted at the agreed time. After careful discussion we considered options and decided to replace the tiles with a dry ridge system. We considered the quote to be reasonable and asked about timescales. Due to a gap in their schedule, Mike and his father were able to complete the work the next day which was impressive. They arrived promptly at the agreed time carried out the work and cleaned up removing the rubbish and debris. We subsequently made payment thereafter. Obviously the dry ridge system will need to stand the test of time but we have been provided with a guarantee. We would highly recommend My Local Roofer.

Mike managed to get round and fix my leaky flat roof quickly. He did what looks like a very good job at a competitive rate. He turned up when he said he would & got on with the job whilst he was here and left the place nice and tidy. I’d happily hire again but hopefully I won’t need another roofer now for a good few years

Mike fixed my guttering which had been causing me issues for a long time. He was really knowledgable, polite and friendly and efficient in solving the issue. I was pleased with his work and it appears to have fixed the problem after a testing rainy winter! Would highly recommend.
