Just had my soffitts, fascias and guttering replaced by this fab company! All work was done to the highest standard and completed within the agreed timescale. The work was carried out whilst I was away on holiday so Ben kept me informed with videos and photos so I could see how the work was progressing. The rubbish and scaffolding had been removed and cleared for when I got back. I fully recommend this company for their hard work and professionalism!

We had a leaking gutter. Paid two tradesmen prior to fix it who only made it worse. Imperial roofing came to give us a quote, recorded the damage, explained what he can do and how much. And that is what was done. Straight forward, top quality service. Truly a breath of fresh air

Frisco is excellent at what he does! I had to call him out for a few jobs, he was always on time and I was always happy with the quality of the work/repair. Considering we have a c. 1800s cottage I was always worried about any roof work, but he made the entire process seamless. Would always be happy to recommend.

Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!

Big thank you to Tom and his team for dealing with damp coming into the bedroom following the storm. Tom was was prompt on turn up to look at the problem. He explained all the work required and followed this with a detailed quotation. We agreed a date to suit and his team arrived and rebuilt the chimney stack, new flashing, rain gullies fitted and new roof tiles. Also he re felted the small section of flat roof while he was here. His team were very polite and friendly, they showed us photos all the way through the job. When they had finished did a great job of cleaning up. Tom kept us informed all the time - great job

Been having ongoing problems with chimney stack water ingress. Dave gave honest advice and the most cost effective solution. Chimney stack was removed and the roof area felted and tiled to prevent further problems. Very skilled, trustworthy and his work and advice has really put my mind at rest. What’s also brilliant is that he films stages before and after and shows you the problems and the work he has done with commentary so you know exactly what he has done to remedy the situation. Phone d Grainger roofing last week regarding a ridge tile and few broken tiles. He came round the same day looked and quoted the job and got it done within the next few days. Can not fault his service and a great chap to deal with. Shall be recommending to anyone in the future who needs a roofer.

First impressions were that he communicated well, gave a clear quote with breakdown and explained exactly what work he'd be doing. Mark and team completed some work on a property I am looking after for an elderly relative who is in care. I couldnt be around when the work was done but Mark just turned up and got on with it. Work included chimney flashing and pointing, more pointing to a rear wall and work on a flat garage roof - even did some work on a second chimney that was only noticed once on the roof - no extra charge! Work was to a high standard and the price quoted was reasonable. An honest and trustworthy company that I will use again if required. Recommended....

I called Mark after storm Darragh left us with a leaking roof. He came out on the Sunday while winds were still high and correctly diagnosed the flashing as the issue. He applied a temporary fix, which stopped the leaks and came back a week later to apply a permanent fix. We have since had heavy rain and no leaks. Mark was courteous and honest at all times and made no attempt to sell us another roof or anything we didn't need. His pricing was reasonable, and his work of a high standard. I would happily recommend him to others.

Having used Mark many times over many years on many properties once again he came to resolve a problem, he is an absolute superstar, straight to the point, solid good sound advice with a perfect job completed.
