I can highly recommend Astra Roofing for your roofing. They are a friendly, professional and local company. They are competitively priced and the standard of workmanship is first class. From our very first meeting with Michael from Astra he put us at ease. He is a genuine and down-to-earth, but coupled with professional and wealth of knowledge and experience. Whilst initially we were only looking for a roof repair (as suggested by Mike) it transpired after a heavy downpour that we needed a whole new roof. Mike provided a favourable, realistic quote and could start the work fairly quickly. John and Nathan who were the roofers for our job were absolute superstars. Always crack on time, worked like trojans and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up after themselves everyday leaving everywhere very tidy clean. John was very obliging and was always happy to explain the process and discuss the works. Mikes communication was superb, even though at the time he was unwell he always stayed in contact with us making sure we were happy. Not only does new roof looks superb, but we know it’s been done well and with care. During the re-roofing we found that we needed a flat roof re-covering too. Mike provided a competitive quote and arrange everything. The flat roof looks so smart and matches the new roof perfectly.

After heavy downpours in September '24 we started to get a leak in our upstairs bay window. Upon surveying we were told that it was leaking from 2 places that needed an urgent fix. We called so many roofing companies to do a quality job but couldn't find anyone who was either professional, reliable or reasonably priced- most of them were only one or the other quality. But once we came across Mike at astra roofing, we found him to hold all three qualities and we were so happy for him to get the job done. I can't recommend him enough, he is one of the most trustworthy tradesmen we have ever come across. I would like to thank him for getting the job done and we will always choose him to get any future roofing maintenance needs sorted. 🙂👍
