Firstly I would like to say how professional Mark and the team are - They carried out repairs and maintenance works plus netting and new ridges on my thatch the works were completed to a extremely high standard with a highly professional team I had daily updates on progress and the project was completed on time with no issues. Mark and his Team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mark has worked on our property previously. Part of the cottage Little Impetts is a self contained holiday cottage, so the project was time sensitive to be completed for guests arriving Easter weekend. Mark and his team, Ross, Mitchell and Josh worked in all weather to meet the deadline, which they did with a couple of days to spare.! We have just had our ridge renewed and the thatch repaired and cleaned. Very pleased with the result and Mark and his team have done an excellent job. The team were all very friendly, worked hard over a two week period and the thatch was completed within the estimated timescale. We would thoroughly recommend Padfield Master Thatchers.
