Metal Roof installed a large quantity of anthracite zinc on my self-build in 2015/6. Skenda and his team did a fantastic job on my install. Their quality and attention to detail is excellent. When we had a need of them to come back to rectify a small issue caused by some extreme weather, they were very quick to do so, with no hassle. In summation, would I use them on another project - yes, for sure.

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

John was quick to provide a quote.Materials,skip and scaffold all in place by an agreed start date. The team of workers are a credit to him.They arrived on time were courteous and polite.Soon set about their task and in no time had all roof tiles,baton and old roof felt removed. New felt and batons were quickly installed along with the flashing and tiling. All done within a day ahead of schedule.A good job,well done.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

SLK Chris and team done a fantastic job replacing new baton felt tiles also including a new velux roof window. Chris gave me a good quote for the work to be done. Chris and team were respectful of my property leaving it tidy every day. A few months later I had Chris replace the felt on my flat roof, I have solar panels on there which were removed carefully and frame work, they were replaced with equal care once the felt was replaced. We have used SLK Roofing on 3 occasions now - fascias, soffits and guttering; replacement of roof felt on an extension; and replacement of lead apron flashings (photo attached of the ‘after’).On each occasion the work has been carried out to a very high professional standard at a very competitive price. Highly recommend SLK. Chris really knows his stuff. Offers helpful advice and tells you what’s best for the job. I’ve used him on several projects over the last 10 years ranging from a full conversion of a flat garage roof to a pitch with tiles, rubber roof on my summerhouse, to a mineral roof of my shed. It's not often these days to have your expectations exceeded, but I did with SLK Roofing. I had SLK carry out remedial work to our roof, hanging tiles and fascia/guttering. We contacted Anthony back in February after we had a leak in our flat roof. He came and asked if we would like felt or Sika (a product that moves with the weather). They came and started last Wednesday, they stripped off the roof and put down new insulation, New support beams, Fascia and complete new roof with a first coat of Sika to waterproof if and came back and completed the job with new lead flashing, final coat of Sika and finishing touches. The guys were absolutely brilliant. Friendly, and accommodating, easy to chat too, and knew what was needed and very knowledgeable. They cleared up and took away all the old waste. All in all, we are extremely happy with the work, and how it looks. Thanks very much to you and your guys for an amazing job. Happily recommend to anyone who asks me. We contacted Charles Roofing as we needed a wood burner flue removed from our roof and replaced with a tile vent to connect to a bathroom extractor. Anthony came out to quote within a couple of days of us contacting him. There was some confusion around how the scaffolding had been set up but Anthony kept us up-to-date and it didn’t affect the completion date. We thought it only fair, as it was only after reading all the 5-star reviews that we contacted Anthony, that we left our own 5-star review to confirm what others say. Polite, trustworthy, hardworking, and we’re very happy with how it all looks. We would definitely recommend Anthony and the team at Charles Roofing!

Fast response from Anthony, who quoted a reasonable price to repair the mortar for the ledges from my and my neighbour's roof. We really appreciated being fitted in before Christmas by a good team who braved some strong winds, working up a high ladder. They left our property clean & tidy. I contacted CHARLES ROOFING earlier this month following my discovery of a serious water leak in my ( tiled / pitched ) roof. I had no previous knowledge of this company, and chose them largely on the strength of the Customer Reviews I found on line. A wise decision; - I was not disappointed, and I would further endorse all the 5-star customer reviews with my own experience. A Charles Roofing team visited my property within hours of my making initial telephone contact. That same evening I had received my ( very attractive ) quote for the work that needed doing, following a full survey and detailed explanation of the activities/ materials required. Following my acceptance of the quote, and agreed start date of today, ( 29th. NOV. ), the team arrived at my home for a 07.30 hrs. start ! Within an hour, the work was well underway, ( in the freezing cold ! ), and it was very obvious that these guys knew what they were doing. I was expecting the job to take all day, but by 14.00 hrs, they were packed up and gone; - and the site was left squeaky clean and spoil free. The highlight of the job, for me, was the fact that several additional tiles were required to completely reconstruct and alter the leaking gulley on my roof; - Charles Roofing managed to obtain 2nd. hand, used tiles which matched the rest of my roof perfectly; - it is fair to say that you would never know that anyone had ever been here to repair and rebuild my roof.
