We had our roof valley replaced, felt and battons tiles and leading replaced and the firewalls completely repaired. John and his team took pictures all over our roof so we could see for ourselves the damage. We have had several roofers before to do a couple of jobs and could see they didn't do what they supposed to do. We are thoroughly pleased with their work. Great communication throughout. I am very happy with all the work they have completed. The guys are very friendly and went through each process with us. I would not hesitate in hiring Anticc Roofing.

John came and gave us a very competitive quote for a renewal of a flat roof. Happy with the price the work was booked. John managed to squeeze us in 3 weeks early as our existing roof was leaking. Highly recommend. I'm not one to write reviews but feel I had to for Anticc Roofing. I needed my roof and chimney doing. I had phone up a few companies but was very reluctant to appoint them. Joe and his team have just finished repairing my roof. Tiling, lead work and new gullies. The whole process went very smoothly from a quick response to the initial request, quote and started working within a few days. In all five days work was completed to a very high standard. I was kept informed all the time shown pictures of the work and everything explained. Great service and price highly recommended. Most of all reliable.

Excellent job, no more roof leaks! Top Rank came to fix a leak in our pitched concrete tile roof - the only company to promise to fix the leak, not just fix some new tiles and hope it solves the problem. During the work the team discovered a tear in the felt and replaced it at no extra charge. One year on, we’ve had no sign of any leaks so I can be confident they solved the problem. Top job.

John and the team carried out a complete overhaul of our roof - taking down two chimneys, making good the other two chimneys, re-tiling a low-level roof and the main roof, and replacing the guttering. John was fantastic to deal with throughout, with quick and clear communication, a reasonable quote, and then all the work carried out quickly and professionally with no issues. Highly recommended.

Came around quick to have a look and do a quote. Quote came back speedily too. Took a bit of time to organise dates for the work (which was quite urgent). Offered to do a little bit of additional work on arrival (nothing that hadn't been suggested by other contractors in the past) which we thought was good value and went with. Overran slightly due to supply shortage but still done quickly. One month from contacting them to final completion which we thought was excellent. All the paperwork we asked for was sound. Good set of lads doing the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and frankly hoping to as there is some more work needed on a different roof).

John made this experience nice and easy from start to finish. He was able to come and take a look at the roof on the day we called him, and gave 2 options and quoted for both of those. We went with the full refelt option, and the work started a couple of weeks afterwards. Everyone involved was polite and within 3 days work to refelt and replace any damaged tiles was completed. John answered any additional questions promptly and we would not hesitate in engaging with this company in the future.

I am very happy to recommend Michael and his team of experienced and competent roofers. My roof needed re-felting, new valleys where the roofs join, replacing broken tiles, new lead work, repointing brickwork and new battens. Quite a job! After work was started it was discovered that other parts of my roof, that I had not asked to be inspected, were found to be in need of attention. Michael and his team showed me the problems, and were always helpful with suggested solutions and transparent about any costs. They had other jobs booked at the time, but they rescheduled these so they could complete my roof’s extra work before the wet weather closed in (phew!). I had daily reports on work progress and, as I am OK going up ladders, I went up onto the scaffolding to see the work myself. It was very reassuring to see the thorough job they were doing using the latest state-of-the art materials. A massive improvement on the failed materials they were replacing. I can sleep at night under my leak-free roof again! Roofing can be messy work, with cutting, grinding, and waste materials lying around etc. but at the end of the job everything was cleared away and they left the area clean and tidy. Great work chaps! I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Chris, the owner, talked me through the options, with no sales pressure, and everything about the process was crystal clear. The quote was precisely broken down and there were no 'hidden extras'. His team were friendly, reliable and considerate and completed the work on time and to a high standard. A company giving excellent customer service, delivered everything they promised and who I would certainly use again.
