Absolutely brilliant service would thoroughly recommend Victor. He explained everything that needed doing. Communication was great throughout. He even popped up onto my roof to make sure the loose tiles didn't cause an accident when he came to quote for the job. His work is quality and he was very neat and tidy throughout. He's a thoroughly nice chap too!

Victor has provided excellent service to us. He was prompt to reply after we sprung a leak, came to our house and spent a lot of time talking through the options with us. When completing our work, Victor was fast and hard working, staying to work through the weekend to get the job done. He also talked us out of a lot of unnecessary work suggested by other roofers. M Roofing and Building did a fantastic job on my garage roof! We were always kept informed of what needed repairing and how, given an exact quote before work began. Throughout the repairs, we were told what was going on and most importantly all workmanship was to a very high and professional standard. A skilled tradesman and an absolute perfectionist. All debris was cleared and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Can’t recommend them enough and if you're in need of a reliable, trustworthy tradesman!

We are very happy with the work Victor carried out for us. We discovered we had a small leak around the soil stack in the roof by chance when we were having our bathroom refurbished and Victor fitted us in at short notice. He is a genuine tradesman who knows his trade and takes a pride in what he does. He explained the issue and what needed to be done and his quote was very competitive. We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. We can highly recommend Stuart Sanderson, because he provides a high quality and excellent value service. Access to our roofing timber fascias and soffits, which had deteriorated badly, was impossible without scaffolding so with his guidance we agreed to the use of UPVC. It looks fantastic and we won’t need to access it again for sometime, which will be a significant long-term saving. Stuart organised and co-ordinated all the work with the scaffolders, which went very smoothly, on time and budget, despite inclement weather. We have a small patio garden full of potted plants and a table and chairs. Stuart came in before the scaffolders started to move it all, so that they had a clear run and came back after they had removed the scaffolding to reinstate it. He took on extra work because he noticed that our flat roof and solar panels had been overrun with pigeons. At a nominal additional cost, he installed preventive measures to minimise the problem in the future. Upon completion he provided a number of photos to show the issues he had overcome.

These Guys are true professionals. They do what they say they're going to do. I had an issue with one of my guttering clips they even came and did that for me even though it was nothing to do with their installation! They are reliable and friendly too. Excellent service by Wayne and his team. He kept me fully informed of his availability and this was also subject to weather conditions. He would text or call to update me and this was really appreciated. The job was installation of Velux windows and I was not disappointed. I organised the plasterer and decorator outside his quote.
