Guy was exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional.
Guy told me he was busy with a large job and would contact me in a few weeks time. In the meantime he emailed me with the price, details of materials and work schedule.
Within the time slot he had contacted me and a date set to do the job.
This is a family run firm with his two sons Reece and Connor who turned up in a separate van and got to work straight away.
The family team were courteous, friendly and professional at all times.
