I reached out to Justin as I needed to fit a hook high-up in my brickwork so that I could hang some festive decorations. I didn't have a ladder that was tall enough and wasn't sure I was brave enough to drill a hole so high up.

I didn't think he would be so willing to help with such an odd request but I was proven wrong. He happily agreed to help and brought over his ladder to drill and fit the hook, free-of-charge.

Justin demonstrated kindness and good community spirit and I think that speaks volumes of him and his business.

Their workmanship was superb; they were courteous and professional and friendly throughout; and what I really appreciated was flexibility and helpfulness, when unforeseen problems arose (e.g. perished roof felting and rotting fascias) - they did everything possible to help resolve, working with me, adjusting their schedules to fit, looking for effective, professional but low-cost solutions. And yes, they were highly competitive on price - that's why I chose them in the first place, and I'm glad I did. Very, very highly recommended.

Justin and his team are first rate. I called them out to price repairing a flat roof on the rear extension. When the roof was originally installed a year ago, the contractor failed to install the required ventillation and failed to seal the roof properly. JWF Roofing priced the job very reasonably and met building control on site and then fixed all the issues to thecorrect standards. Very happy with the work and they left the area tidy. Thanks Justin!
