I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. The Roofing, which I thought would be our biggest concern and stress point on our major property refurb, turned out to be seamless and stress free. In spite of what felt like the wettest summer on record. 2024. If you use Scott Miles Roofing Ltd, treat the team well, with refreshments, kindness and gratitude, they deserve it. Martin and his team have just completed the installation of a new slate roof on my grade 2 listed cottage. The work has been carried out in a most professional manner. Martin and his team have been exemplary in all aspects of the project and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced. These are old buildings and threw up some issues, they took them in their stride and kept on budget. Thanks guys.

Martin and team recently repaired a leaking gable end on our grade 2 listed chapel. They did a fantatsic job removing all existing stone work and replacing the perished lead. The finished result is better than the original. They turned up on time and completed the job on time and budget.

Very happy with the services I received , the work was of top quality to my east wing and the workers left the site tidy every day, not like O'Brians roofing on a last project I had going on my property on my barns. Perennial roofing will be tendering for my stable roof works along with others to keep my little pony's dry.

Initially a little disappointed as after a replacement of lead flashing there were still leaks, but only when heavy rain driven in by strong south westerly winds. A modification then failed and a longish wait for contractor to return, but hopefully, now resolved. A zinc tray now installed as well. The exposed site and shallow pitch on the roof hasn't helped . Perennial Roofing staff all nice guys, well turned out and caring. Really impressive professional welding of the joints forming end caps. Site left very tidy. Thanks to all
