Our stepped lead parapet gutter was completely replaced by Abbey Roofing and Preservation. The work included new plywood sub-deck, replacement support timbers where necessary and new parapet wall flashings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and good quality craftsmanship. The resulting parapet is a work of art. It is beautifully formed and robustly constructed, with neat lead joins and welding. Roof tiles were expertly refitted to compliment its lines. After 9 months and a wet winter, I can say the parapet is fully functional. We are very pleased and will be asking Steve back again to work on other areas of our roof. Rebecca from Wimborne.

I am pleased to recommend Matt and his team. Several years ago they replaced the flat roof on my loft extension, and have recently replaced my car port roof. The team are very friendly, are competent and hard working, and clear up well when finished. I have been very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Scott and his team are all highly professional and committed to what they do. Their attention to detail is first class and of all the suppliers we considered Scott was the only one who thoroughly understood the situation, the challenges and the pragmatic solutions needed. The work undertaken here was necessary as the original install was done incorrectly (apparently quite common) and has given us peace of mind that had been missing. We are delighted with the more high end look of the Z panels which have hidden fixings and the verge trims at the end of the roof tiles protecting the roof still further from wind and water ingress under the tiles. All roofing has recently completed a full flat roofing contract including tapered insulation, Alwitra single ply membrane, solar panel mounting strips, Alwitra aluminium fascia, bespoke aluminium soffit and bespoke wall capping. Before I go into a more in-depth review I can summarise and say all the works have been done to a very high standard with great attention to detail from the outset. Scott was very helpful in the design phase of the house with looking at all the technical details of the roof. This included gutter upstand details, tapered insulation design, placing drainage outlets, balcony waterproofing details and suggesting the best products for the job. I was very keen for Scott to have input on this from an early stage because I know that if these details are not well thought out from the start it can lead to a lot of problems with the finished product. This is especially true of balcony waterproofing where it is very easy to make mistakes. Scott really did go the extra mile making sure all the details were well thought out. When it came to undertaking the works Scott and his team worked very efficiently with a very good attention to detail. Scott was very good at working with me to make sure his work was well scheduled and other trades had done things correctly to make sure that everything was correct before he completed his works. The finished product looks amazing. The aluminium fascia is a big part of the look of the house and I’m really glad I went for the proper Alwitra gutter upstand and fascia system. Scott spent a lot of time and effort making sure every aspect of the fascia and soffit looks good. To me the roof and waterproofing details are one of the most important parts of our house and I’m very happy to have had All roofing undertaking the works. Scott has definitely been one of my favourite contractors for our whole build.

We had MC roofing do our whole roof on our new build including parapet roof! Fantastic job done. We did our research before going with MC roofing and we are so pleased we picked them. Prices where amazing and very reasonable and communication was great. Would always refer them to friends and family and use again.

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!
