Absolutely Phenomenal. If I could give 100 stars, I would. My roof was one of the worst roofs they'd ever worked on, including a couple of injuries where the roof was so weak that they fell through the roof, but with that being said, they managed to do a perfect finish and replace my roof and made sure its all up to the current building regulations. I felt awful knowing they had such a large and tricky job at hand but Luke and his team were brilliant from the start to finish, they are ALL Fantastic. They arrived at 7.45am every day to start work at 8, and they worked all day in the autumn weather. My roof had flooded my bathroom, and other rooms in my bungalow, and within 6hrs they managed to make it water tight. It took just over 14 days to rip the entire roof off, replace rotten rafter tails, re brace the roof, fit all new batons, felt, new tiles, new facia, soffit and all new guttering. It truly does look incredible. I've had many compliments from passers by, who had seen the state the roof was in prior to the new roof, and asked who had carried out the job. I will always recommend hearnes, not just for the incredible work they do, but also the wonderful customer service they provided, and the constant communication of what's going on and what to expect while the roof was being completed. Once the roof was finished, luke arranged for the scaffold to be taken down the SAME DAY. I don't think that luke knew they came the same day as they were surprised to hear that it had already been taken down. I cannot thank luke and the team enough, without them I wouldn't have been able to live in my property due to the sheer amount of water damage, and the endless holes in my roof. Without them I wouldn't have been able to put my Christmas decorations up and I wouldn't have been in my own home for Christmas. Thank you to luke and everyone who came to rescue and replace my roof, each and everyone of you has made my home habitable. I guess it's true, not all heroes where capes!
