Niel the car park man is brill. The team are great there and made everything run so very efficiently, politely and cheerfully. Great stuff. Having not been before I was a bit lost, the folks on the doors are very approachable, warm and friendly 👊😁👊 10/10

Visit Resorts World in Christmas time, this shopping centre offers a festive and cheerful atmosphere, perfect for the holiday season. The Christmas decorations are stunning, with twinkling lights, seasonal displays and a large Christmas tree, creating a warm, inviting vibe. Seeing performers dressed as Christmas trees walking around adds a playful touch that delights shoppers of all ages. A great place to shop and enjoy the festive spirit!

Close to the airport and NEC. Lots of food to choose from. Shops for small presents. A bit of a minus is no possibility to store luggage (had to go to the hotel next door).

Can't believe in all the years I have visited the nec I've never visited resorts world! Went in for the first time at the weekend and quickly realised I've been missing out! Awesome shopping centre, loads of bargains to.be had in the outlet stores, plenty of placed to eat and drink, everything was super clean, a must when in the area, can't wait to visit next time!

It was our works (late😄) Christmas do last night. I just wanted to say what a fantastic night it was. I'm vegan and as such meals for me can sometimes be quite hit and miss so l was very pleasantly surprised by the vegan option which was tasty full of flavours and very filling. A definite hit. The vegan ice cream was delicious as well so compliments to the chef. The staff were also helpful and pleasant, the service great. The night was rounded off by a very good Elvis. Was this a good night? Absolutely, couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely go again

Fancied chilling out Sunday afternoon/evening and wanted to go somewhere chilled relaxing and not so busy. This was just the place. West midlands golf course. Lovely bar and awesome views out onto the lake and green. The staff are friendly and attentive. Good selection on tap and prices are reasonable. Perfect Sunday afternoon.

My wife and I visited here for afternoon lunch. A beautiful place situated in fields, a golf course and a lake. There is a large carpark with ample parking. A young lad served us who was polite and friendly. From the menu for starters we had Soup of the Day which was Carrots and Coriander served with a Bun and butter. Our main course was Brazen Lamb Shank and Vegetarian dish of the week. The portions are quite filling but for dessert I enjoyed a Apple pie with cream and my wife Profiteroles with chocolate sauce and cream. After our lunch we took a stroll around the lake. There is fishing as there were several anglers sat around the lake. A nice afternoon which we recommend to everyone and we will come again. They do have live singers in the Summer months. This is something else we will look forward to.

Visited for lunch yesterday and will definitely be returning! The staff were friendly, and helpful. Huge portions and fast service. The food was freshly cooked, hot, and very tasty. The katsu curry was slightly with perfect chicken. Yakisoba was tasty as well. All in all, a lovely experience.

I visited for a weekday dinner. The service was friendly, and professional. The food arrived soon after ordering and was delicious! They have a large selection of dishes and everything looks delicious on the menu. Definitely recommend!

Honestly the best Bhaji I've ever had, and the rest of the food was delicious. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only found last minute that it wasn't licensed but shop over the road provided and the evening was great 👍🏻

Enjoyed a great meal at Simla with a colleague. We had the Jalfrezi and the Lamb shank, both were great. The tandoori platter as a started could have been a bit spicier.

It was a lovely evening. Food was nice. Staff was great. Friendly for families with young children. Parking is good. I recommend this place.

This branch of Nando’s was an amazing visit. One of my favourites for sure. We were greeted by the Nando’s “magician” who did some card tricks for us in the queue for a table (which wasn’t long at all) and we were seated promptly. A lot of the tables and booths were surrounded in stained glass frames and at the back was a cozy cave area with a curved ceiling and low lights. Great vibe in here! Every restaurant is endlessly different. Food ordering was quick at the till, came to our table in 15 minutes if that. I was surprised to see sagres in here on tap! Poured from a pump which means full pints are on offer. Was very satisfied with my visit and hope to come here again!

We had no expectations—just stopped by for a drink and then decided to have a light bite. It turned out to be quite good! We ordered spicy seafood and tacos, and everything was enjoyable.

Was in the area with work so stopped for a quick bite to eat. Great selection of food, good selection of drinks ( didn’t drink was driving) and spot on service. Make sure you put car reg into machine near bar once you drive in however.

Great place to eat the food is always top notch hot and delicious 😋. The staff are very friendly always remember our drinks order and never to busy for a chat.👏 The tandoori chicken skewers are amazing. The classic mix grill up grade to an 8% rump medium. 👍 Never been disappointed yet.

It was busy on the first Friday afternoon of 2025 when we visited. Chicken and veg sizzler, kids meal, fruit shoot and a coffee for just under £17.50. Food arrived quite quickly and tasted OK. Will try something else if I return. Good atmosphere.
