We went last night,picking up our daughter from uni. What fantastic food! A real taste delight. We had the Thai chicken,very tasty,not too spicy and barbecue chicken with a very spicy dip,an aubergine salad dish which was amazing,so tasty and spicy, a mushroom dish but didn't know it was mushroom! It was the lightest batter and delicious sauce and looked so beautiful! Followed by Thai ice cream which is sort of chewy but good! The place is bustling, nicely decorated,warm and inviting,I liked their serving dishes,everything worked together.....no table cloth stuffiness here! Service was efficient and friendly with plenty of staff. Loved it,will return on our next visit to Birmingham. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants we've ever been to!
The team at Buddha Belly have crated an amazing space here in Strichley. The food, service and ambience are second to none. We came with three kids and they had games and drawing along with a really tasty and great value menu for them. We tried 7 of the dishes and they were all absolutely fantastic. No hesitation in recommending this to anyone!
Delicious food and really warm friendly staff. The flat noodles were perfectly chewy and the garlicky sauce was so yummy! We also loved the herby prawn toast. Everything tasted fresh and the food came quickly as well. Will be returning!
This is a place where dreams are made. Street food in a restaurant. I managed to fit a visit on my only day off. If you have never tried their prawn toast you'll have to take mine and many others word for it. They are outstanding. Enoki Tempura, when I first tried this I was told it's like pork scratchings. I do not know how they can turn a mushroom into something like this. It is mind-blowing. Thai fried chicken. Good old favourite. BBQ King prawns. Underline KING. They were massive. The smoking char taste comes through perfectly. The spice dipping sauce needs bottling and put on sale. Thank you to chef #BuddhaBabe
Incredible food. Felt like a warm hug. Can't wait to visit again. It is on the pricier end. But definitely worth it.
