We had a very nice Sunday roast, all options we had pork loin, beef rump and beef rib were delicious. The kids portion was great also all around a very nice Sunday meal on a late autumn day.
After not having been for a while, I just had dinner here with my Mum. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was brilliant and piping hot, and my Mum (who is vegetarian and often struggles with variety) had the most wonderful pie. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much :)
I really liked the calm and cozy atmosphere of this place. A beautifully decorated Christmas pub. Polite and attentive staff, fast service. They asked several times if anything else was needed. I really enjoyed the Sunday roast. Delicious potatoes and meat, excellent gravy and bacon-wrapped sausages. It was very filling, tasty and a lot! We couldn't eat everything. Thanks to the chef and staff for such great service.
We have eaten here for years and have always had such a lovely experience. We recently visited and had such a lovely impromptu lunch with our 1 year old and nothing was to much trouble. The two ladies were very accommodating and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and left us hungry for more! We will definitely be returning.
