I arrived here after a 32 mile hike and I was really ready for a pint. The staff were brilliant and took a great interest in my day and some long stuff im in training for going forward. It was all super encouraging stuff. Louis gets my nomination for one of the best bar people I've met in 44 years of world travel. A massive 5 star all around!!! A very special place and I look forward to coming back
Tonight I wasn't too hungry so went for the brushetta . Staff we too busy chatting to each other . Never had Brushetta with salad tomatoes straight out the fridge before . Not to my liking. Staff never approach me to even ask how my food was . I did eat it . Poor service and attention to customers.
We stopped here for lunch after a birthday adventure tour. We were very satisfied with everything. The view is very nice, on a nice warm summer day, delicious food and friendly service.
Great location, tranquil atmosphere. The food is ok but selection is limited. Drinks though are great. If you are in the area, pit-stop there for some beer is a good idea.
