Shirin helped me during my master's degree, specifically for my Stress Analysis course, with her ability to break down difficult concepts into simpler ones, I was able to understand and grasp the ideas at a much faster pace. I was tutored online by Shirin for my maths GCSE. As a teacher she is exceptional and takes her time to ensure you understand the topic and question. She is very knowledgeable in mathematics and I could really see her passion for the subject. With that said I would recommend her more as a tutor for higher levels such as A-levels or university students as with her knowledge I think she is more accustomed to teaching at that level!

Shirin has been giving my son maths lessons since February. My son said She’s a brilliant teacher. She’s calm and always clearly explaining techniques. My son is a rush boy in any way in his life (he does everything in rush) and always missed the details. But Shirin always patiently reminds him and encourages him to think and do things carefully which helped him to build up confidence and improve his maths. Before Start the lesson with Shirin, he was stressed about maths. However, this Thursday he just finished his end of year maths exam. He came home and share with me that he’s pretty confident he will get good marks this time as he felt that he done pretty well. We couldn’t be happier for him, especially his confidence in maths shows that he’s not afraid of this subject anymore. From a parent’s side, I thought Shirin is a very responsible and supportive teacher, and very easy to communicate. My son is looking forward to learn maths with her when the new term start.
