Emma and Steve are amazing. Our two children love going and come home energised with a passion to learn. The results have surpassed our expectations with both children passing entrance exams for selective schools. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Kip McGrath Epsom enough. My daughter was taught by Steve who is a brilliant teacher. The structure used is perfect for children preparing for the 11+ as the work is computer based and tests a wide range of areas within the curriculum. If a child is finding an area tricky this is easily identified and the teacher provides support and further questions are the set in that area to consolidate the learning. The way the exercises are structured is dynamic in how subjects should be taught. My daughter genuinely looked forward to classes and her results substantially improved after starting Kip. They also offer a reward system so the more work you complete, the more points you get which equals prizes! My daughter has just completed the 11+ and her Kip lessons have been invaluable. I highly recommend Steve, Emma and the team at Kip McGrath Epsom.

Emma and Steve are both amazing along with the rest of the team, they really take them time to get to know each student. Both of my children enjoy going to Kip and have excelled in Maths and English. The centre is fun and friendly and they always have exciting challenges for the kids!

Siew is a professional tutor and has a good approach to catering to individual needs. Our daughter prepared with Siew for 11+ and we could clearly see that our daughter gained more confidence. She got regular homework to keep her learning on track and always got constructive feedback. We would have no hesitation in recommending Siew to others.

Both my kids started their tutoring with Siew. She is a brilliant tutor and really helped build their confidence and their ability to truly understand maths and how to apply it. Most importantly she helped them learn to enjoy the subject which motivates them to work harder. I can highly recommend CoolMinds for maths.

CoolMinds has been a nurturing teacher to my child. She encourages him to think indepently and teaches him methods to explore new subjects on his own, instead of feeding him with how to sit in exams only. More importantly to us, CoolMinds also works with parents closely to build a encouraging learning environment at home. Siew is an excellent tutor. She figured out my son’s weak points for 11+, and filled in those gaps. Then my son’s maths improved a lot! He got into Grammar school, couldn’t succeed without her. I highly recommend her!

Bénédicte is a great teacher. My daughter loves her classe every week. We speak French at home but Bénédicte has given her the confidence to read and write in French too which is exactly what she needed. I could not recommend her more !

Bénédicte is patient, professional and supports his development. Initially I was wondering how a young child could learn a new language but Bénédicte is able to help familiarise him with different sounds and words. She is very patient and supportive. I joined Kumon from the ages of 5 years old -13 years old as I wasn't very confident in my Maths and English skills. However, Gina's supportive nature has pushed me to believe in my full potential and since leaving the centre I have scored top marks at GCSE/A-Level Maths/English where I even scored full marks in my A-level English Literature exams, I've graduated from a top ranking university and now work in finance at a competitive corporate firm. I plan to enrol onto a teaching degree and hope to teach English Literature in the future. This reality is crazy to me because I never would've thought I had the potential or the passion for Maths or English without Kumon. Both programmes provide you with so much practice of core skills you'll need at every level of academia, even once you leave! So big thank you to Kumon and Gina especially for teaching me the skills of patience and perseverance at such a young age! I would highly recommend this programme to anyone, it's so worth it :)

My son has been studying the Kumon maths program since year 1 primary school. The program provided him with a life skill to mentally resolve problematic equations. This allowing him confidence not only in maths but in other core subjects like physics and statistics. Gina has played an integral role in my sons learning journey, her patience, mentoring and guidance has made my son a confident mathematician. Gina has always been a supportive tutor for my son when tackling challenging topics. I am really pleased that we made the right decision to enrol him on the Kumon math program.

Throughout my time at Kumon, the help and advice that I have received has always been to a very high standard and has enabled me to expand on my mathematics skills. The maths program at Kumon has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of A Level mathematics (achieving a* in both maths and further maths,) and provided me with essential problem solving skills. Completing the program teaches you to be resilient and to have discipline, as you'll be trying to learn concepts that are 2-3 years above your school curriculum. Gina and the staff are very friendly, they will help and assist you with anything you may find difficult and often provide support even when you are not at the centre.
